The car was collected by a very polite man called Jim. He did a thorough inspection and took the car. He delivered it back around 7 hours later with the repair complete. It was also washed. The trouble is that a scratch was on the car that had not been there in the morning. They arranged for someone to come out and fix the damage but no show! Useless springs to mind and £18 in cab fares wasted as I could have used the car! However they acted very quickly to put things right and were extremely professional.

Repair Ok. Failed to deliver auto vehicle but supplied a manual despite booking auto several weeks before date of repair. Being partially disabled I struggled driving the manual and was in great discomfort hence my low marks

My car was in for quite a major repair, I was kept informed the whole time what was happening, from ordering the parts, to getting me a courtesy car that suited my needs, and being kept updated with how my repair was going.
