Service was great. They called me to arrange to pick my car up and drop me a car. Kept In touch to let me know how the work was going. Called as soon as work was done a brought my car back to me.

Great Service
After my accident, my car was undriveable so it was Collected on an early Sunday Morning, it took 3 week to be fit to drive again, but I had a rental for 3 weeks to keep me mobile, my Grandland X was returned in pristine condition and cleaned inside and out, so thank you Auto Fix

My car was collected and repaired perfectly. Delivered back to me cleaned and valeted. I just wished I taken a courtesy car but otherwise no complaints.

Not sure about this company.. Opted to have the courtesy car delivered to and returned from home. On Waze there are various routes to their premises the shorter 13 miles the longest 25 - when the car was returned it had done 62 miles since pickup. The explanation was that it was a 51 mile round trip with 11 miles to test the car. It’s plausible but unlikely, wouldn’t do it this way again … Quality of the repair Ok though

I was extremely happy with their service. Very flexible fitting in the job, fitting in with my work. When I collected my car. Really looked after me. Their customer service over and beyond expectations.

High quality work and great service.
Fix Auto were very helpful during a stressful experience. My car was badly damaged, but the repair work was excellent. I received my car back in brilliant condition. They were happy to be flexible and deliver it to my work place. Which I am very grateful for. Would use again for any bodywork repairs.
