Excellent from start to finish, the whole process.
I like the way that I was kept informed about each stage of the job.
Every thing was timed around my lifestyle, the collection and drop off of my vehicle to suit me.
Above all, the staff!! From the girls on reception to the team that collect the car. All friendly and happy to help in any way possible.

Repair took a bit longer than expected but all very friendly and even got a lift home from them when my car wasn’t safe to drive. They came with a courtesy car the next day. Great work on the repair and hand over was simple.

Came when they said they'd come, did the paint job as they said they'd do, returned the car when they said they would. What more can you want?

Superb service from start to finish. Kept in the loop regular. The courtesy car supplied to the door at a time that suited and same on return of my car . The work carried out was perfect and my car came back much cleaner than when it was taken 😊 Gemma who rang me to let me know my car was ready was super she was as delighted as I was that I had no insurance excess to pay for as it was covered by the comparison site. Woop woop to that. Definitely recommend 👌
