The company communicated the process very well and the vehicle was collected and returned on time. The repair was done to a good standard. All in all this was probably my easiest interaction with a repair company of this type.

Terrible communication ! Car was returned in a terrible filthy state No one had inspected the work with any care ! Cream leather seats had covers but they were ripped All the cream headlining edges had filthy fingerprints ! They damaged the interior trim panel and scratched the wooden console . The repair was shoddy and was obviously carried out by a colour blind individual! Avoid this company , they don’t seem to care about your car !

My car was taken in for bodywork repair after an accident. It was collected and put on a trailer and a loan car was left for me. I was kept informed on its progress and on completion it was returned to me at the exact time quoted.
The work carried out was top class and the finish was perfect..

If your a little old lady that had her Nissan micra bumper scraped in supermarket car park, and they collected her car, repaired it
Dropped it back off the next day,washed, and an air freshner fitted
Then you cannot have gone to FIX AUTO!!!!!
THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR 8 MONTHS Yes 8 MONTHS
HEADS SHOULD ROLL !!!
THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ALL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED REPAIRERS LISTS
I AWAIT A FULL EXPLANATION FROM THE MANAGERS OF FIX AUTO BRADFORD!!!

In oct 2021my car was hit in a car park (rear damage) and went to fix auto in nov 2021to have the work done and the work was ok but not long after the rear bumper came away from the clips/ holder at the side of the car
So in may 2022 the car went back to the same garage to have the work sorted out witch it was
But my car came back with body damage in areas all around the car in one area the garage have put some t-cut to hide the damage
Also my front bumper as been damaged underneath and has had some paint put on it to try and hide it and at the side of the front bumper the paint as been taken off so it is white showing though
Nobody is putting there hands up to yhe damage in that I mean the body shop or the insurance company ( I did have paperwork to prove the damage was not there from the first time and second time )
So it looks like I am going to have to sort it aut myself at a cost to me
TRY AND AVOID THIS GARAGE

After an online assessment after an accident on 7th May, I was told my car was safe to drive and therefore not a priority. 7 weeks later I get a call to book it in, on the day I get a call to ask to delay until following week. Finally they come to pick up my car on a trailer and drop of a courtesy car. The courtesy car had burn hole in the back seat and 27 miles worth of petrol in the tank! Three weeks go by with no communication whatsoever! Then on 25th July I get a voicemail to say the car was deemed uneconomical to repair and the insurance company would be in touch. The following morning I get an email from the insurance company and a call from Fix Auto! Fix Auto demanded the return of their courtesy car immediately even threatening to call the police and report me for car theft and driving without insurance. At this point I still had not had a discussion about my car which was according to the insurance safe to drive as before and still insurable. Fix Auto told me that was between me and my insurance company, they actually said they did not care how I was going to get home to a village from a remote location where I worked “it was not their problem”. The call centre woman was arrogant, threatening and bullish. I was flabbergasted that after 10 weeks of no communication I was being hounded but still no mention of my car. 24 hours later I had arranged through the insurance to have my car returned and I would surrender theirs to them. My car would be returned in the same state it was taken from me three weeks prior. Imagine my horror when my car was returned with yellow markings scribbled all over one side, the bumper had been rubbed down completely obviously whilst still on the car because the black trim underneath had also been accidentally rubbed down in the process. There is a box of parts in the boot that have been removed and not replaced and it was filthy, not sure where it was sat for three weeks but it was covered in cobwebs. I asked for the photos that were taken when I handed it to them but of course they were not available. At least the hounding has stopped! I returned their car and am awaiting a call from them with a resolution I won’t hold my breath. Their customer service was nothing short of appalling and their call centre staff rude and unhelpful. Once this situation has been resolved I will never deal with them again and I would highly recommend no one else entrusts their vehicle to them either.

Darren and everyone that I dealt with at this company were extremely professional and gave exceptional service.

The repairs were quick and done to the highest standard.

This was my first experience with the BD4 Fix Auto location. I was impressed with the conduct of management and service received. My vehicle was picked up and dropped off. It arrived repaired to a high standard and valeted. Thank you.
