By far one of the worse customer…
By far one of the worse customer service experiences to date. Bought a Pro Art for near £3k and it glitched from day one and then failed on day 13. Had to spend most days chasing them to get it returned. Turns out that the reseller (5Tech) are running the return service. On the last call with them (24/10/24) i was told they had arranged collections and it will be between 0800-1100 on the 23/10/24. they didn't get the stupidity of this date. I would never recommend using them as once they have your funds your will spend weeks trying to get it back if your product goes wrong. Still no date for my return pick up and still £3k out of pocket!!!!
Delivery/order problems finally sorted by Ethan!
I ordered a new laptop and paid for the express delivery ie 2 days. Four days later and no lap top had arrived so I 'phoned the help line and the person with whom I spoke didn't quite understand what the problem was. I said to cancel the order and organise a refund please. Another four days passed and I felt I'd really allowed enough time for my money to be refunded so I called the help line again and this time a young man named Ethan spoke to me, he was polite, understanding and promised he'd sort my refund and gave me an idea of when it would show in my bank account PLUS when I asked for an email confirming our conversation he sent it within minutes. My refund arrived exactly as he said it would and I wrote and thanked him for looking after me so efficiently, I think the previous person must have been a trainee who wasn't trained in listening to customers? I was sad that I couldn't get my order as requested but managed to purchase my desperately needed laptop through Argos.
This is to commend Ethan as a helpful human being who did exactly as promised, what a delight!!
Poor Customer Service and Missing Laptops – Unresolved Issue
Review: I ordered 11 laptops from BOX/FiveTech on August 13, 2024. Two days later, I received the package, which was damaged, and upon opening it, I discovered that only 7 laptops were inside, instead of 11.
I immediately reported the issue to customer service, and I was told I would receive a response within 24 hours. After multiple follow-up calls, I was asked to wait again and again, with no resolution. Eventually, on September 3, I was informed via email that my claim was rejected, stating that all 11 laptops had been delivered and that any further claims would be considered fraud.
Despite my efforts to resolve the situation amicably, including requesting additional evidence (such as weight records or photos from the courier), FiveTech has not provided satisfactory answers. On top of that, every time I tried to speak with a manager, my request was refused.
I have been extremely patient throughout this process, but their refusal to offer a resolution or even acknowledge the possibility of a mistake is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company due to the poor customer service and their unwillingness to address my valid concerns.

Purchased an Asus watch from laptop…
Purchased an Asus watch from laptop outlet (same company) they sent a ring video doorbell, contacted immediately, they said they will investigate and be patient, 2 weeks and nothing, call up and investigate and be patient, kept being fobbed off, so ended up contacting PayPal, eventually got a return envelope and item returned with refund, but took 2 months to sort, and I can guarantee if I hadn't got PayPal involved they would have just continued ignoring me. So sad as I like Asus products but will not purchase from them again

Placed my first ever order with box.co.uk (which is being fulfilled by fivetech after recent acquisition) for a laptop which I needed next day. I chose box as they offer free next day delivery - my order was placed at 10am so well before the afternoon cut off.
I didn't receive any confirmation of shipping and I doubt I would have seen anything today if I had not gone out of my way to make contact over live chat.
I was told it's being sourced elsewhere and will ship 'shortly', no guarantee of delivery tomorrow.
I have requested cancellation and will go to a more reliable trustworthy company to guarantee delivery.
2 days later still waiting for an update.

Terrible experience, ordered a monitor from them which turned out to be faulty, which they agreed to repair. They have now had the monitor for over six months, and have failed to repair, replace, or provide a refund. I am now having to go through small claims court to get my money back. AVOID!

Bought a laptop just after Christmas
Bought a laptop just after Christmas. Recieved the laptop very quickly. Within the first month there appeared to be a technical issue with the laptop. Contacted seller who was both re assuring and accomodating. Sent the laptop back and had full reimbursement within a week of sending off. Fab customer service. Due to this level of service. I am buying another laptop from the same seller as they have proven themselves trust worthy!

Purchased MSI laptop for price advertised . Was told 3 to 5 days delivery. On day 4 was informed that due to a pricing error they would not honour the advertised price so THEY cancelled the order and added £120 to the purchase price should I wish to repurchase. I don't think so. What a con.
Absolutely terrible customer service…
Absolutely terrible customer service for a company with no desire for customer satisfaction. Slow to respond and unwilling to help me in the slightest; asked me for a photo of my payment card and ID, tried geting me to waive the rights to loss on delivery. Considering the price of the purchase, I'd have expected something much much better, but instead they made no effort at all to do anything. Terrible, terrible experience. Avoid at all costs if possible.
