Avoid for all B2C and B2B Fulfilment
Absolutely terrible lack of communication and proactivity around the distribution of the ROG Xbox Ally X. Order status updates, expected delivery and initiative to resolve problems is completely lacking. It’s clear that ASUS have chosen the lowest bidder when it comes to their UK distributor and I strongly advise any B2B or B2C customer to stay aa far away from Fivetech as possible.

Asus Xbox ROG Ally launch debacle - useless
They are handling the launch of the ASUS XBOX ROG ALLY X console and there is ZERO communication with customers, no despatch information and they are impossible to get hold of.
Obviously Asus went cheap with their distribution company as they are simply not up to the task. If you are looking for a high profile product distribution then you need to look elsewhere!

I ordered a laptop from Fivetech via Tesco Marketplace. DPD said they would deliver it, but instead put it in a locker for me to collect. I complained to Fivetech that I had no car and I wanted the parcel delivered. They said they would get it back and dispatch it again.
Days later I phoned Fivetech again and was told the parcel was still with DPD, so I cancelled the order.
Since then, I have been waiting for my refund with no contact from Fivetech. Trying to speak to Fivetech is difficult - the phone usually is full and no-one answers.

Mike was super helpful, and unlike some other customer service people he was contentious and attentive despite the fact I was sorting out a refund.

Expressing my sincere thanks to Ms Kalpana Singh of fivetech international kalyan branch Mumbai for her devotion , customer centric and commitment towards clients ..after reading many five tech reviews I was really scared and worried to get back my passport without any charges after withdrawing my application for dtc dubai .. whenever I phoned she attended the call , was very polite throughout and took full initiative to despatch my passport eventhough she was not who handled my query and application. I pre-ordered the ASUS 5080 ROG Astral on release date, but due to short stock, my order was delayed by about two months. Despite the wait, the customer service I received was exceptional. Sam, the representative I worked with, called me weekly to provide updates and kept me well-informed about the situation. His communication was transparent, and he really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I'm thrilled with the product and the level of service I received – it made the delay much more manageable. Highly recommend!

I bought a laptop last April and was very impressed with the quick delivery and service. Had to contact them this week, nearly a year later because I couldnt find the invoice and hadn't registered the product. Sam on customer service was excellent, very helpful. Great service!
Worst company ever dealt with .. scam
Bought a tablet off them for my wife for Xmas, worked for 2 days then the screen went faulty . After sending the item back they said I had damaged the screen but I didn’t . Now they are refusing to help and have sent the tablet back to me with the wrong address on so it went back to the currier. I had to chase around to get it back as they stopped answering emails . Next step now is legal action against them as the warranty for the tablet has expired months before I bought it according to the Lenovo software I used on my pc so not only have they sold me a defective device they sold one that had no manufacturers warranty. Trading standards will be getting informs also .. Do yourselves a favour and don’t buy anything from this company!!!! Oh I forgot to add when the tablet came back to me the screen was smashed big time so their delivery driver must have been heavy handed

Ordered a Asus laptop and it arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the laptop. Needed to contact FiveTech by email with some questions after receiving the laptop and responded quickly and were very helpful. Have received great service from them.
Scam
Scam, avoid at all costs, if you've ordered something prep yourself for longwinded and purposefully complex and difficult refunds process.
FiveTech have given me the run around for over 3 weeks now, having ordered an ASUS laptop to the tune of £2000 via ASUS who actually are fulfilled by these cowboys on the 28th of December, they weren't able to fulfil the delivery date shown on the site, despite paying the upcharge for faster delivery.
After the items were not dispatched as requested, no confirmation was received. I told them to cancel the order and give me a refund on the (31st of December). They said "Yep we'll sort this for you, refund will be with you in 5 business days" and sent me email confirmation but then proceeded to send the laptop anyway on the 3rd of January which I have refused, I called them shortly after to explain.
They then said "oh well now we have to wait for the item to be back with us before we can issue the refund." (Their fault not mine) So we waited, contacted them again, no news, contacted UPS on the 10th of January, who then kindly told us they (FiveTech) had the laptop since the 6th of January...
Worst part? When I had chased them for an update, 5 mins before I spoke to UPS, they sent me an email saying they didn't have the laptop back yet and that they can't do anything till they've got it confirmed back.
I've since spoken to another agent (Alex) who was the person who emailed me to say the items weren't with them. He then said that he could see my reply with the tracking on to show they had the laptop in their warehouse, and that he would now need to raise a credit note from the warehouse team to then be able to issue us a refund.
Don't waste your time, unfulfilled promises, poor customer service, will avoid answering the phone at any cost and actively hope you just go away.
I've contacted the bank to go through the chargeback process and will report the company to trading standards.
I ordered a phone and get amd processor
I ordered a phone, received a processor and after many days of daily calls and chats with the support of the official Oppo website and after days of stress and after their investigation, they sent me an email that I had received the phone and charger from the courier and it turned out that they had told me that I was lying and that I should no longer take action because as a citizen of England I am seeking my rights, they lied to me in the most cruel way and now I will seek my rights in court. Please beware of this authorized Oppo online store, fivetech Limited. Do not buy anything because you will end up in hell. Avoid this online store at all costs.
Dishonest and appalling customer service
Ordered direct from ASUS (or so I thought) however their orders are handled by this scammy outfit. I got a PayPal receipt but no order confirmation. I queried over their live chat and was told wait an hour, they then denied I had an order and tried to tell me to take it up with PayPal. After 4 hours they admitted to receiving the payment but denied I had an order. To add insult they didn't even have stock of the item they sold as in stock. Five Tech seem to think this is acceptable conduct. If I hadn't queried I would remain without the product and no refund as they claim they didn't know they had the money. Shambolic and bordering on fraud? I question why ASUS have partnered with such an outfit. Only on threats of PayPal claims did they revert the payment (the same payment they initially said they hadn't taken)
Avoid at all costs
I used the Laptop Outlet for the first time. Five Tech LTD is at the bottom of their invoice, so I guess this is the same company. I placed two orders, neither of which they could fulfil. I asked them for a refund, but I was ignored. I have since requested a refund twice, and a week later, I am still waiting for any email confirmation. There is an issue of concern with this company, and I can only advise you to avoid

I was a bit stressed about my order from Oppo and I contacted customer service. I got a call agent called Ian. He ensured me that order was in place and I had to check and edit the order too and he made me feel at ease. Great customer service from Oppo.
The Worst Customer Service and Storage Management
This company is committing fraud and nobody can stop them, it seems. It has completely destroyed my trust in Asus. At first, I was amazed, how this brand could allow this? I guess they don't know or don't care.
The storage management doesn't follow protocols to protect their devices. Maybe there's only 1 worker looking after the warehouse. You will probably receive a faulty or dead battery, for example. They may charge it a bit before posting to you so you think it's in good condition; otherwise, it will be dead. If you don't return it asap, they will claim batteries are not covered by the warranty so it's your problem to get a new one.
Their low-cost couriers deliver the items on the street, not Signed for, nothing.
I won't describe the nightmare of returning. Hell, that's it. I got my refund back thanks to opening a dispute and escalating to small claim via PayPal. They would have kept the device and money. What would you call that? Still, they didn't refund me the postage as promised, in writing; why? after more than a month, they claim the laptop is suddenly not faulty. Customer service agents are trained to delay response, not to reply and trick you in every possible way so they can make this happen. Same goes for their managers; if you make a formal complaint, they do not answer (illegal too).
Disgusting. I do hope there is some justice in the business world and they go bankrupt.
