They charged me an international fee, even though they state they were in NJ. If I knew it was from china I would never had bought. Been fighting with them for 6 days to cancel my order. I have no idea what this watch is any good but their customer service sucks. I never know who I am emailing with. It is either

I have only had the fit track for 1 month. So far I really like it. The information that is transferred to my app is really informative. I really like seeing the stats in graph form, super easy to track your progress. I am seeing small results and am motivated to keep pushing forward on my path.

AtriaPro smart watch is completly useless with the new "Hume" app because the only things you can connect are the scales. Also the App crashes all the time on iOS.

Horrible product, only would sync a couple of times. Customer service is terrible....I was within the 30 days and they put me off refusing to refund my money. Now they won't even respond to my emails.

the app and the scale are connecting but the app and the watch fittrac 1 dont.

the watch is total uninteligent, the most stupid "smartwatch" what i see.

I've actually went and tested this with a DEXA scan and while i know it cannot be 100% accurate, the results were actually pretty close. The most important part it was consistent. The customer reply is a little slow, but overall good. Been using this for 8 months now and experience is good so far

I’ve had my Dara for several years and it used to be such a great product. But since they have migrated to the Hume app, I’ve only received a couple valid weigh-ins and it’s useless. I’ve run through all of their troubleshooting steps (deleted and reinstalled the app; I’ve “forgotten” the device and re-added it; I’ve taken the batteries out and put them back in before reconnecting the scale, etc.) and still can’t get anything other than my weight to show up. I’m so frustrated! This product is completely worthless now.

Was skeptical to buy this, but decided too since everyone I know in the fitness space say it's the most accurate you'd get. I went ahead and bought it and it was the best decision so far. Love that it provides insights and coaching on why your metrics went down and what to do about it vs just giving me 17 different numbers. Had an issue with the battery, but customer service was quick to help. Give them a break guys...they might have went through a supplychain issue, but the product itself is actually really good

Do not buy their scales! I did the buy 1 get 1 free on the Dara 1 and they only work correctly for the first 20 tries and then everytime after that, they get the "something went wrong error message" and it no longer sends ur weight or biometrics across to the app. It feels like they want me to subscribe to their crappy extra services and I was on a trial period. That's not how I was sold this product. I feel cheated out of my $150 or whatever it was. I wish I just bought the cheap amazon $30 scale. I have asked them for a refund as I bought the scales at the end of Feb and it now early July. Also their app never connected to my Google fit app! It says it cannot do it inside their app. Also this issue happened with both of their apps. The fit track app and then they "upgraded" to the Hume fittrack app. The scale that stopped connecting to the app first, I tried with with both apps and then I opened the second scale and it worked fine with the upgraded app, as I said earlier, for the first 20 tries or so. I thought oh the first scale was faulty. Nope! Today the second brand new scale is doing the same thing!!! What a waste of money!!! With so many cheaper options!! I went for theirs thinking it was a premium product therefore this kind of thing would not happen! Can't trust any of the reviews! Only after I cheaked all the reviews in Hume fit track did I finally find the truth. This issue is affecting all of us not paying for the subscription! Disgusting!

I've had mine for 2 years now and it has worked great! Was debating to get another for my parents, but wasn't sure with all the reviews on their shipping timeline. But decided to buy it anyways, since I've tested many other smart scale and this by far was the most accurate compared to a DEXA. Didn't experience any problem at all, order arrived within 3 days. Would definitely recommend them. Trust me, this is not your average smart scale

taking the band off to charge it is a pain in the #(#**. I went to return it because it is such a pain, just to find out they only refund 85%. They keep 15 % restocking fee. What a bunch of BS!!

Company is a scam. First they wanted to offer me an old version of the product, without any compensation. Because I didn’t want to argue I agreed to that. A month later, still no product received and read several reviews about them scamming people and not sending refunds. Total scam.

App repeatedly loses my scale. Without the app you can only see your weight so scale is practically useless and you might as well buy much cheaper basic scale.
App keeps changing but never for the better.
App keeps asking for location data - why do you need to know that?? And repeatedly asks me to rate it. So here you go.

This thing is nothing but short of amazing . The numbers are large and easy to read. But that doesn't even matter because once you download the app. It sends everything to your phone including BMI, Fat Mass, Muscle a few other things you just can't beat it for the money...The app is also on another level with coaching and feedback, so I'm not there wondering what all these number mean or what to do next

Reçu en cadeau à Noël notre balance est tombée en panne le mois suivant. J'ai alors réussi à joindre le service après vente qui à fait des recherches et retrouvé la commande. Mais depuis le 13 février on me balade de personnes en personnes, chacune promettant un envoi rapide d'un modèle de remplacement mais il ne doit plus y avoir de stock car rien n'arrive! Je vous déconseille donc très vivement cet achat.

Hello! I have also had this scale for 4 plus years and the update / change to hume has made the whole reason of purchasing the scale now worthless... their suggestion was to remove batteries from scale and put new ones in ( mine were fairly new so i put mine back in) and then sync the scale to the app and it DID work! But i have a feeling that's just a temporary fix and will prolly have the same issue and have to do that another 342 times or for the rest of my life.. but I did look at their website and found that there's a lifetime warranty on the scale for up to 3 product exchanges..I emailed Fittrack to see if the new Dara 2 scale syncs better with hume app and if so, could I trade mine in for the new Dara 2 scale and / or see what they can offer..they have 20% off the Dara 2 but im going to push for a better deal..since its not our fault that it doesn't work anymore..i added the warranty info below from their website and I'll post again once or if I hear back from them! Thanks for letting me ramble on! Woooot!

The scale is okay, does the job, but it’s the app that is a complete turn off. I’ve had this scale for about 3 years now, and during that time, they forced you to change to a new app and then again to an app called “HUME.” It’s awful. Absolutely awful. It’s in a dark mode that you cannot opt to change out of, it’s visually cluttering, you have to tap a few times to get detailed info on your progress. You also have to have the app open and connected to the scale every time you weigh yourself. Also, every time you open the app, you’re harassed to upgrade to the premium $70/year subscription. It’s annoying, and the “premium” feature takes up half the main screen on the app. Also, their customer service is a joke.

I can't recommend this company and their smart scale enough! The app was amazing, and it gives you insights that none of our other cheaper smart scale does... I decided to follow their program and have lost 28 lbs so far. You really can’t beat what this can do for the price. Highly recommend!

I bought this scale 3 years ago and the app has changed a lot. What initially sold us was the accuracy of this, but what we found out was so much better. Unlike our other smart scale that we have Fittrack, actually goes beyond just giving you numbers and they also give you insights on how to improve each metrics. It's very helpful in keeping track and staying motivated. Still one of our best purchases!

I purchased this in summer of 2022. It has outlasted much of my furniture throughout multiple moves. It’s very accurate, compared to wait at the doctors office and the supermarket. And if you get off the scale and on again, multiple times, it doesn’t suddenly give you another number like some skills to. Their app is the main selling point here, it gives you such great insights on why your body fat has dropped and what you need to do to improve it. It’s also nice that multiple people can use it. And the Apple double check if it’s you if there’s any confusion. Also can be used without the app and I only use it with the app about once a month
