Excellent engineer polite and helpful and explained how the system, took the old system down as well.

I contacted FHA as my neighbour recommended them- very glad I did. I was having problems with my visonic alarm. Receptionist booked me in quickly. They sent over George who gave honest advice- he was efficient and transparent about the price. Thank you

We have just had fitted home alarms fit our new risco system and the whole process has been superb. George has been brilliant throughout in both fitting and demonstrating everything, friendly and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.

No hesitation in writing this review, ash in the office is also superb. Wholeheartedly recommend these guys.

Great service. I called out FHA to fit a Yale Smart home alarm kit I had. Very helpful team came and explained everything clearly and checked I was happy where everything would be installed before fitting. Also gave me the cheapest install quote in my area to. Great service from the call centre team to. Everything was efficient.

Just had our house alarm serviced (yale easy fit)
Very good service, husband was also really impressed.
Checked all alarms worked and rejigged the settings to suit our usage. All batteries changed (extra charge) however instructed if we serviced again within 13 months than cost of all battery changes included.
Called to alert me when 30 mins away.

Abhi fitted my alarm efficiently, with courtesy and tidied up after himself. He advised me on options available and did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need.

George fitted our alarm system in 2018 and has maintained it since. Always excellent service with no problems and easy payment terms.

We just bought one of their systems last week and had it installed a few days ago. We then discovered there was a part that had an error and they sent the installer to replace the part and now everything works like a charm. We would recommend them to anyone that needs to tighten their security.
