We built a home gym in a new garden room and went with the Force USA C10 V2 after comparing it against several other all-in-one trainers. Really glad we did.

The service from Luke and the fitshop team was first class throughout and they helped me with various questions throughout the way. Highly recommend them

Very friendly helpful staff, was very interested in a treadmill. Zen was very thorough and informative with his knowledge and explained in detail all the information about the treadmills I was interested in. Would highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing fitness equipment, this is the place to go.

I visited the Manchester store today looking for a multi gym. Spoke to Ben who was really helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me choose the gym equipment I needed and organised delivery convenient for me to be in. Very impressed and thanks very much.

Great company recommend. Made 2 big item purchase over the last year and on both occasions they were the best price by that I could find. Items arrived fast for their size with free delivery and in excellent condition. They have convenient payment options and good communication when contact at regarding delivery etc. I needed to make sure I’d be there to revive my bike and bench and that was no problem. They have frequent flash sales that are genuine , frequent and worth waiting for. Really feel like you have snagged a bargain when you catch one. Typically they are around pay day and major holidays or bank holidays. Would be the first place I look for any future gym equipment.

I called Fitshop about an issue with my Selectabell weights. Nathan in Customer Service was friendly, patient and helpful. He identified the issue, sought more expert help from his colleagues - without keeping me waiting too long - and did his best to resolve the issue over the phone. When this wasn’t possible, he still found a solution to circumvent the problem.
i appreciate the amount of time Nathan stayed on the phone. And his efforts to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome of our call.

My journey with Fitshop is a truly harrowing tale, one where I faced excitement, anticipation, concern but ultimately overwhelming joy!

After some order issues due to my naivety upon order selection I was faced with a potentially costly returns process, however the Fitshop team were quick to react and spared me this crippling financial concern. Their care and attention to detail to ensure my wishes were fulfilled left no stone unturned. I will definitely be returning for more of the top quality product and penny saving prices for sure!

I had a call and some emails with Erin from the Glasgow store, she was extremely helpful and knowledgable! She helped delay my dispatch date to suit my required dates and informed me of current offers and finance options to ensure I got the best deal. I’m so excited for my new home gym equipment to arrive soon! Thanks again Erin, great customer service from start to finish!

Both of the staff in Glasgow provided excellent customer service. Erin in particular was extremely helpful in explaining the different options for a multi- trainer, demonstrating how the different attachments worked and answering all of our questions. She is clearly very knowledgable about the products and the customer experience was first class.

Leon helped me picking some kettlebells, really nice guy really knowledgeable.

Still waiting for a refund almost 4 weeks after returning my item. I've had mixed messages from the customer support team and no assurance that my issue is being handled. I've sent an official complaint and still had no response.

In response to the reply below the communication before the return was fine. My issue was the way it was handled after the item was returned. I spent hours and hours chasing news on my refund. There are at least 2-3 emails without a response. Like most consumers I deal with a lot of customer support teams and found this experience to be stressful as it was an expensive item. Regretfully I will not be making any further purchases with Fitshop.

Zen from the Leeds shop could not have been any more helpful. He assisted me all the way through my order and listened to what I wanted and needed. I will 100% returning back to him to complete our home gym. Thank you for being so good at your job and going above and beyond for me.
