I recently purchased the Taurus MS3 Pro Smith & Half Rack (TF-MS3) from Fitshop and I just wanted to leave a review for Lewis because the customer service I received from him was absolutely brilliant.
Lewis helped me throughout the whole process, took the time to talk me through everything properly and gave me some really good options based on what I was looking for. Nothing felt rushed and he was extremely helpful with all of my questions.
One of the products I wanted was out of stock, and Lewis sorted me out with an alternative product for the same price, which I really appreciated.
Lewis is an absolutely amazing guy and genuinely very good at his job. I'm really thankful that he was the sales agent I happened to get hold of. He made the whole process straightforward and was helpful from start to finish.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. Thank you, Lewis. I really appreciate all your help and would definitely recommend Fitshop based on my experience.
