Absolutely fantastic experience with Fitshop Willesden and Max
Absolutely fantastic experience with Fitshop Willesden from start to finish.
I’ve purchased a considerable amount of equipment from them for my home gym and the service throughout has been exceptional. A special mention has to go to Max, who has looked after me brilliantly. He’s been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely a pleasure to deal with — nothing has ever felt like too much trouble.
When you’re making a significant investment in gym equipment, having someone you can trust and who actually cares about getting everything right makes such a difference. Max has done exactly that.
I honestly couldn’t recommend Fitshop in Willesden or Max from the Willesden branch highly enough. Fantastic products, fantastic service and a company I’ll happily continue buying from.
Five stars without hesitation.

sent me the wrong item, returned for replacement, messed me about only to find not in stock, requested refund which has not been received. Poor service takes ages to get hold of anyone. I do not recommend FitShop

Force USA C10 V2 purchase
We built a home gym in a new garden room and went with the Force USA C10 V2 after comparing it against several other all-in-one trainers. Really glad we did.
The service from Luke and the fitshop team was first class throughout and they helped me with various questions throughout the way. Highly recommend them

Very friendly helpful staff
Very friendly helpful staff, was very interested in a treadmill. Zen was very thorough and informative with his knowledge and explained in detail all the information about the treadmills I was interested in. Would highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing fitness equipment, this is the place to go.
