Made a purchase of bodymax cf475 rack…
Made a purchase of bodymax cf475 rack and also 145kg plates with the bar, the delivery was on-time, I found the rack was on sale a week after, with no fuss, the merchant refunded me the difference straight away, would recommend it.

Fitshop - shocking customer service
I write this with regret having had good customer service in the shop…but don’t touch them with a barge pole. If something goes wrong the customer service level is non-existent, even with an extended warranty. It takes a minimum of 4 working days just to even accept that you’ve contacted them…every time you reply.
A semi-commercial crosstrainer on a home installation failed after about a month but it took weeks to sort out a replacement. The replacement failed THE DAY AFTER installation (which is now 39 days ago!) and having been asked to take it away and refund due to goods and services not being fit for purpose…they managed to send just a man with a van…not someone who can disassemble it to remove it DESPITE it being the same subcontractor that installed it.
