My journey with Fitshop is a truly harrowing tale, one where I faced excitement, anticipation, concern but ultimately overwhelming joy!

After some order issues due to my naivety upon order selection I was faced with a potentially costly returns process, however the Fitshop team were quick to react and spared me this crippling financial concern. Their care and attention to detail to ensure my wishes were fulfilled left no stone unturned. I will definitely be returning for more of the top quality product and penny saving prices for sure!

I had a call and some emails with Erin from the Glasgow store, she was extremely helpful and knowledgable! She helped delay my dispatch date to suit my required dates and informed me of current offers and finance options to ensure I got the best deal. I’m so excited for my new home gym equipment to arrive soon! Thanks again Erin, great customer service from start to finish!

Both of the staff in Glasgow provided excellent customer service. Erin in particular was extremely helpful in explaining the different options for a multi- trainer, demonstrating how the different attachments worked and answering all of our questions. She is clearly very knowledgable about the products and the customer experience was first class.

Leon helped me picking some kettlebells, really nice guy really knowledgeable.

Still waiting for a refund almost 4 weeks after returning my item. I've had mixed messages from the customer support team and no assurance that my issue is being handled. I've sent an official complaint and still had no response.

Zen from the Leeds shop could not have been any more helpful. He assisted me all the way through my order and listened to what I wanted and needed. I will 100% returning back to him to complete our home gym. Thank you for being so good at your job and going above and beyond for me.

Friendly service and brilliant knowledge without the pushy sales helped me find the perfect equipment for my home gym.

Ordered the Taurus MS35 Pro Multi Smith came in perfect condition. Defo recommend the machine you can target all parts of the body. Senti handled the sales process from start to finish smoothly and was an amazing help.

Do not order online from Fitshop - their customer service is a nightmare if you want to return an order. Fitshop is refusing to pay for the return of faulty goods. I ordered a set of weights and the entire set arrived coated in a dirty brown residue that wouldn’t wipe off. I requested a return (including photo evidence in my request) which under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I shouldn’t have to pay for since the goods are faulty (this stuff is extremely easy to look up!). I’ve had to waste time chasing them up to fulfil their legal obligations about six times now, and Fitshop is still refusing to cover the cost of return. This is the most aggravating customer service I’ve ever experienced. This coming Monday I will be reporting Fitshop to Trading Standards. I’m sure they’d be interested in investigating the company as judging by other reviews there seems to be a pattern of Fitshop failing to handle returns properly.
