Great customer service, quality product

Had decking fitted by Robert and Kieran. Impressed and happy with finished job. Excellent customer service by the two fitters, who were hard working and listened and acted on all queries and questions. Great lads and quality job. Thank you.

Lovely guy but more double the price of another quotation.

Not sure worth what they were asking

Don’t ever use this company completely messed up my decking and skirts on my new static caravan nothing Level had to wait weeks for the glass now taking them to court

Jon wade what an absolute bloke he came in with an amazing attitude, he explained everything in detail he is very pationate about his job. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was really happy with his services.

Thanks to John for the initial measure and explanations. Thanks to Gary for surveying and special thanks to Skye and Jack for fitting. It took two days to fit our decking the first day was the construction of the frame and the second applying the composite. Skye and Jack worked hard in challenging heat, to provide us with beautiful decking. We can’t wait to get our furniture on it now and sit out in the sun with a glass of wine! Would recommend this company to anyone.

Thanks to John for advising, Alec for measuring, Craig and Ben for fitting and a friendly office for arranging. Not only do we have a wonderful deck but a beautiful surrounding glass balustrade, with two gates either side, to really feel it's your own private outdoor chill space! Craig & Ben worked tirelessly between pouring rain and blazing sun - nothing stopped them! Turned up on time, all in Fitrite were respectful and keen to get it right for us, which they did, exceeding expectation with the finished product.

From the first contact requesting a quotation for the supply and installation of a composite decking,everything was professionally carried out, from Jodi in admin, to the installation team,
Chris the representative contacted us for a visit, the price was more than the two other quotes we had, but the others couldn't or be bothered to adapt to our requirements, so we accepted the fitrite quotation, which we are very glad we did, the procedures went as planned, the installation team arrived SKYE & JACK they got on removing the old wooden decking.
They installed the new decking and two balustrades (with our own metal infill metal spindles) and were very meticulous in what they were doing, once completed they cleaned the decking, these two lads are a CREDIT to how fitrite carry out these installations, all we can say is we are delighted in our decking.
We would also like to thank the staff who made this possible.

Had the decking done with Fit Rite, a big thanks to Adam, Alex and Mick who all did a great job. They worked really hard for 8 days to get our decking done starting early staying late and keeping us upto date with what was happening. They even made some slight changes to our original plans to make the finished deck look even better. Thanks very much guys for your attention to detail 👍🏻

When purchasing my decking, I was told the the quote provided would be all inclusive with no hidden costs. A few days after I agreed the overall price and paid the deposit, I was then told it would be an additional £2.5K to do the work. In the end I cancelled everything. Just be careful when they tell you there is no hidden costs as in my case there were.

Craig & Ben turned up on time and cracked on straight away. They did the job with no fuss cleaned everything up and were polite. We are very pleased with the finish.

Just had Rob and Kieran to fit our decking, did a cracking job and did it in really good time. Thanks guys!

Had upvc decking fitted this week and i love it. Chris was extremly helpful and offered ideas to help us decide what we wanted. Mick,adam and alex the fitters were great they were here as promised and were keen to get it right which i must say they have done. The attention to detail is impressive. I would highly recomend fitrite to anyone

Fitters Dan and Jason Worked exceptionally hard in appalling rainy wet conditions however kept a polite friendly and professional attitude
The only down side was the lawn became waterlogged and increasingly muddy, I do think it’s fair to say that both Dan and Jason did all they could to clean up after the work was completed and this shouldn’t be seen as a criticism of them.
We are looking forward to entertaining on our new decking 😀

Found the process very easy from start to finish, Toby was friendly and helpful, as were the guys who fitted the decking, Travis and friend, on time, very polite and worked in constant rain the first day without moaning, the end result was brilliant and would recommend the company.

We knew what we wanted. The salesman, Dan Smith, helped with a few suggestions and opinions. He came up with an astronomic quotation but then the discounts started to emerge thereby forcing a decision on the day (there is a cooling off period to be fair).
The surveyor arrived a couple of days later (ie very prompt) but had not confirmed the appointment. He, again, was very helpful. We were astonished at how quickly he promised installation.
Paul & Taylor arrived early on a bank holiday in the pouring rain and happily did the work consulting with us on several details which did not make sense from the surveying chap.
They were cheerful and worked consistently for three days in terrible weather. They were most helpful and accommodating. They did a fine job and were a credit to their employer

Skye & Jack worked very well and completed the job ahead of the time schedule. Part of the fence was fitted on a slope something not tackled by them before, but they managed to fit perfectly. Also ensured that a handle was fitted to the gate to make opening easier.
Very pleased with the service from this company.
