Phone conversation or should I say one way conversation as totally talked over could not do what I asked for even on adaptions which you do not need to specify on the form I had verbal from Megan that even carers and people I had here where so shocked at with her attitude when I only made a simple request I was even having to say can I get a word in ..she spoke so fast was getting worried she would run out of air .. even told me that adaptions cannot be taken out of the car so others can drive or to take out to another car as then the car insured would not be adapted...

couldnt have asked for better
gutted i forgot to get the name of the person who helped us but he was absolutely brilliant. He was so patient while we found everything we needed, didnt rush us at all and ensured we not only understood everything but that we had everything set up correctly. Dealing with the carer of a deaf person in a situation where everything has to be related and translated back and forth usually has people seeing red but i can honestly say that despite spending over an hour on the phone we didnt feel like an annoyance or inconvenience. thank you so much for all of your help, i really hope your manager sees this and gives you the credit you deserve. you made a difficult day immensely easier. thank you

Best insurance for wheelchair users.
I needed insurance for my new wheelchair. Fish insurance stood out amongst the other insurance companies. Their web site was straight forward and easy to use and the quote was very reasonable. I feel reassured that my wheelchair is now covered.

Purchasing insurance.
I find using the internet difficult at times. I managed to purchase insurance with some help from my family. I've had no problems with FISH. They seem to be a very competent company. I am happy with the insurance policy and the price quoted. Though the documents are all online, I have requested paper copies as I prefer physical documents that I can refer to.

Nabila was incredibly helpful
Nabila was incredibly helpful in reactivating my carers insurance after the abomination that are Pendrels didn’t renew it as they are supposed to.
She even ensured I had the necessary information to follow up what happened.
