The website is simple and easy to use. Especially as an oldy. The only thing I would have liked was to have the documents sent by post. I don't own a printer and prefer to have paper to file.

I have used fish before, my experience with the company was good, so I returned with confidence. The forms ( questions) were easy to follow and only took a couple of minutes, you have choices, you can take out the basic policy, or add more. The customer service is easy to contact.
