I have always enjoyed getting my pellets, ground baits and bits n bobs from Fishing Republic, Birmingham. The staff are second to none, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to chat to when in store. A First Class Service.

Went into opening day when…
Went into this shop on opening day when it was at Darfield. I've never used another tackle shop since, Ever. The staff are absolutely brilliant in all ways and now I here it's closing down. Can't believe it. We've always had a tackle shop in Wombwell and you're taking it away. Unbelievable. I wish all the Staff all the very best in the future. Our local Fishing Republic (and JD Sports who share the store in Bury) are unbelievably helpful! If you pay £5 to get JD Sports membership they usually beat online sellers on price and service! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The website and automated email responses have a few issues, but the customer services team are super efficient and responsive. They get 5 stars from me, the website/ordering system 3 stars.

Great Staff delivering Great Customer Experiences.
All staff members are welcoming and always acknowledge you when entering the store.

Should have known better
I have had issues in the past and should have known better but I thought perhaps this time would be different.
I placed order all ok it was dispatched quickly it arrived this afternoon and box was badly damaged and two out of the there bags of boilies we're missing.
I feel such a fool this company doesn't change so am now going to have to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back . Managed to get it sorted or so I thought the new parcel was supposed to be delivered by evri today 30/08/24 but what a surprise no parcel so still more hassle why they use them they are rubbish.

Visited the store at Lakemore fisheries near Crewe. Nick in the store was so helpful and spent around an hour with me and my son . Demonstrating tackle and advising . We cannot thank Nick enough for his help. If you want the personal touch then visit a shop instead of online . It's priceless

Warrington store, my Mrs went in for a starter setup for my son. Came home with a carp rod, spinning reel, pole floats, wire traces all on advice from assistant. Clueless. Expensive too.
