Fisher Liberty are scammers, great at sales but entirely lacking in stewardship. In 2 words, con-artists. What's more they play up being, "Conservative Christians"
but they are anything but. I understand CFTC is building a fraud case against them and have learned that the former CEO, Alexander Spellane (age 33) has been reported deceased (Aug. 10, 2026), of a possible drug overdose. Do not under any circumstances engage in any transactions w/Fisher Liberty Gold.

I purchased my gold and silver in 2021. It was a scheme to take senior citizens retirement and buy high so they will never recover their money. CFTC Charges Precious Metals Dealers and Their Owner in Multimillion Dollar Fraud Targeting the Elderly. I am one of the victims. The one gold I was sold is not even tradeable. It was all I had and now I am 70 and trying to make ends meet. The owner tragically passed away not sure what to do now. I was played by stating they were Christian based, supported by the president, and for sure we will take good care of you. I was also called to take down my review please by Andrew himself. The guy who helped me went by an alias, and even wrote a book!!! So sad this company took advantage of so many seniors and would boast about being millionaires.

Michael Mandell was personable and professional. I know nothing about investing in metals, but Michael educated me without making me feel stupid. He is a no-pressure guy who seems genuinely here to help. I really enjoyed learning about metals and talking with Michael.

I am writing about my experience with Fisher Capital, whose Trustpilot profile now appears under the name Fisher Liberty Gold.
I am a widow in my 70s. I worked hard throughout my life to provide for my family and protect the savings I would need during retirement. I placed my trust in Fisher Capital, and I believe that trust cost me a substantial portion of my life savings.
In July 2023, Fisher Capital contacted me and encouraged me to move my existing precious-metals account to the company. I was also advised to exchange my bullion coins for coins described to me as more valuable, exclusive, and rare.
Over time, the company and my representative, N. Scott, built a relationship with me. I relied on what I was told about the coins and the performance of my account.
After receiving repeated calls from N. Scott telling me that my account was performing extremely well, I transferred an additional $400,000 to Fisher Capital. I was sold coins described as exclusive or rare. Based on a later review of my transactions and the coins’ values, I believe the coins purchased with that $400,000 were worth only approximately $200,000 immediately after the transaction.
I did not understand at the time that such a significant loss in value had occurred. Instead, N. Scott continued calling and assuring me that my account was performing extremely well. On one occasion, I was even told that my account had gained a couple hundred thousand dollars.
Because I trusted those representations, I was encouraged to invest another $500,000. A later review indicated that this transaction caused an immediate loss in value of approximately $230,000.
In October 2025, approximately four months after my prior transaction, N. Scott contacted me again. He told me that precious metals had performed very well and that I needed to make immediate changes to my holdings. Once again, I trusted his advice.
My existing rare coins were then bought back at what I believe was an additional loss of approximately 10%. I was subsequently sold different supposedly rare or exclusive coins at prices that, based on my later review, caused an additional reduction of approximately 60% in the value involved in that transaction.
Altogether, I entrusted approximately $1,024,161.85 of my savings to these transactions. At its lowest reviewed value, my account was worth only approximately $280,000. That represents a reduction of approximately $744,000 or nearly 73% of my life savings.
I did not knowingly agree to lose this much of my savings. At the time these transactions occurred, I was repeatedly being told that my account was doing extremely well. I did not learn the apparent extent of the markups and immediate losses until the transactions and coin values were reviewed later.
I have also since learned that on April 25, 2023, before Fisher Capital contacted me the Commodity Futures Trading Commission announced that it had filed a federal civil enforcement action against Fisher Capital, affiliated entities, and its principal. The CFTC’s complaint alleges that elderly customers were persuaded to purchase supposedly exclusive or collectible coins at grossly inflated prices and then suffered immediate losses. These are allegations contained in a government complaint, but the similarities to my personal experience are extremely troubling. Anyone considering this company should read CFTC Release No. 8694-23.
I am preserving my account statements, transaction confirmations, communications, call records, coin information, and valuations. I am also reporting my experience to the appropriate state and federal authorities and consulting legal counsel regarding my rights.
Before purchasing anything from this company or any precious-metals dealer, I strongly urge you to obtain an independent written valuation from someone who is not affiliated with the seller. Insist on receiving the coin’s actual market value, metal content, spot or melt value, total markup or premium, commission, and immediate buyback value in writing before transferring any money.
I am sharing my firsthand experience so that other retirees, widows, older adults, and their families can investigate carefully and protect themselves before making the same mistake I believe I made.

If you want a good experience with any company; finding those with American Biblically Conservative values is a absolute must.
Grant Broadway & Alex have been completely helpful and informative. They helped me get out of Nationwide who was siphoning 4K a month from my funds in the last 3 months they had my account of which they took away somewhat smaller amounts before. Grant & Alex support American Biblically Conservative values and are also backed by OAN News host Matt Gaetz. So; you know you can trust them.
At times it may be difficult to get a hold of them, but that's because they are very busy helping people... but, they will always get back to you within a couple of days. If a couple of days pass, send your message again with original date sent so they can be reminded and feel the urgency to get back to you ASAP.

I am posting this review to document my unresolved experience.

On May 5th (89 days ago), I placed two orders (a liquidation and a purchase) involving precious metals. My existing assets were liquidated, but the proceeds have not yet been deposited into my account. The purchased metals were also not delivered within the timeframes stated in the agreement. The contract referenced a 28-day delivery window, and more than 60 days passed without delivery.

Because the terms and timelines I was provided did not match the agreement, I canceled the purchase. As of today, approximately ~$580k that I expected to receive following the liquidation has not yet been received.

I have contacted the company multiple times through registered mail, email, texts and phone calls to request clarification and a return of the funds. I have not yet received a resolution.

My only goal is a timely correction of this issue. If Fisher Liberty Gold provides the refund, I will update this review to reflect the resolution.

I have been working with Nicholos and Joseph since I decided to move my retirement funds out of my traditional IRA in the stock market into my self directed IRA containing Gold and Silver. I am glad I decided to go with them as I was able to get my metals in individual coins, so besides the melt value, I have increased value due to the type of coins I hold. Fisher is a very busy company. With the three hour difference it is very hard to communicate. I am trying to get my distribution and close out my account. I am concerned that my distribution has been at Fisher since October 28th, I text and ask for updates. I would like to get this finished. The agent, that has been helping me has been really good and returns texts and we talk. I do not understand the next step except that I am waiting on the last step to be finished.
