I am writing to formally request a full refund for my silver purchase, order # MPr438283, placed on 1/12/26 in the amount of $$13,822.20
As of today, 4/3/26, I have not received the product referenced in this order.

This exceeds the standard 14-business-day delivery time frame outlined in your shipping policy. Because the silver has not been delivered as agreed, I consider the contract for this transaction to be unfulfilled.

Please process a full refund of my original payment method for the total amount of $ 13,822.20. I expect to receive written confirmation that this refund has been initiated within [3–5] business days. By 4/19/26
If I do not receive a satisfactory response or confirmation of the refund by By the specific Date 4/12/26 I will be forced to escalate this matter.

This may include filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Business Consumer Alliance (BCA), and the California Attorney General's office as well as the Federal Trade Commission.
I have a copy of my original purchase receipt and proof of payment .

PLEASE DO NOT use this company if you want to increase your wealth. They do not tell you in 2022 that when you sell your gold coins in April of 2026, when you expect to make a profit. KIRK ELLIOTT PRECIOUS METALS is the God fearing, Trust worthy place to go!

My request to liquidate in a medical emergency was delayed 4-5 weeks because the salesperson didn’t start the process until I became very upset! This company has NO customer service! Strictly a sales company! Once they have your money you are on your own! Telephone calls are not returned, salesperson and CIO do not seem to know the process to liquidate. We are having to guess at every step, scramble to find contacts and cannot get any idea of how long the process will take!
I regret placing my money with this company! I am 78 years old and getting this run around!

I went from being all excited from he TV commercials with William Devane anxious to move my IRA and take advantage of the Gold market to getting thrown into a big runaround with Equity financial where I just pulled the plug. I am better buying the Gold and holding it.

On March 2, 2026 I called my Roslin agent to sell back some gold coins and was advised that they could not buy back the coins until after June 1. I then called the corporate office and spoke with a customer service agent to complain and was told that the decision was made by the company board of directors. To those considering a purchase, proceed with caution.

My experience with John Siewers and Roslands was extremely disappointing. While he initially spent time discussing market outlooks and risk, those conversations ultimately felt misleading. The prices I was guided into did not align with what was discussed, and I now feel I was steered into unfavorable trades. Execution was not as represented, and delivery issues added to the frustration. Overall, I feel misled and regret trusting this advice. I would caution others to be very careful and do their own due diligence before doing business here.
I contacted a regulatory agency to report my concerns. I provided transaction records, written communications, and account statements for review. This regulatory involvement was essential in validating my concerns and helping me understand the scope of what occurred.

Please don't waste your money or time with this company... Take my loses as advice. I did a gold IRA with these guys...I invested 104K with them.. Rolled my 401K over.. I purchased gold at 1,240$ per oz.... Gold went up to over 1,850$ per oz...I decided to take my profits and get out... Only to find out I would only receive 104$ and some change.. There should have been a profit of over 90K...I think I actually made like 200$. So take it from me... Run from this company...I was lucky enough not to lose everything... The date will appear wrong on this. It won't allow me to set the correct date.

i took out and gold and silver ira in 2023 ask for a sale liquidation close to 90 days ago was told would take 30 to 60 days to complete and now im getting no call backs from rosland kept telling me money was sent to equity trust for distribution they keep telling me the money has been sent yet no payout

We bought nearly $150,000 of gold and silver from Rosland on 18th July 2025. Our stories is the same of others. We have received none of our gold and silver. Today is January 4, 2025.

How can Rosland maintain a high rating with Trust pilot? It has some very many complaints of people losing their money. And others not receiving their product.

John took the time to explain to someone who knew almost nothing about gold why it is worth what it is, and why it was a good idea to buy as much as I could. Now here I am over a year later and it's risen in value substantially so I'm glad I listened!

The turn around time of selling on 9/10/2025 and receipt of payment 12/8/2025 was not what I expected when I invested with Rosland. Your TV commercials tell how prompt your company is to which I disagree. What if I had an emergency and needed MY money sooner? Very disappointed with time it took, I thought last year was bad but this year took longer.

Erik V., is personable, knowledgable, and ready to help the client. Precious metals were "unchartered" territory to me. He and his department made my long-term investment a sound one. That's a good feeling to have in turbulent economic times. Godspeed.

Don't feel professional advice was given that helped me keep my account stable or grow. Actually lost quite a bit of funds following Erik's advice. No longer using them for new investments but need to leave current investment there to try and recoup losses.

My account rep, John Siewers, provided excellent service. He always spends time with me providing Roslands outlook on where prices are headed and what he feels is a good risk. He always makes sure my trades are executed as discussed and the coins are delivered in a timely manner.

Sold my father 50k of gold just before he died. Offered a ‘buy back’ 3 years later of 24k. Website claim buy back at cost minus 4% restocking fee. Most of the money was my fathers pension fund.

Elizabeth was great to work with and find the best silver price for us.

This company preys on the uninformed. My 84 year old father-in-law put, literally, his life savings into gold coins after falling for the ads on Fox news and being slick-talked by their salesmen. What they don't tell you is that 1) their markup on the coins is insane, like 20-30% or more 2) the coins are not rare. In fact about the only people who want them back are Rosland, everywhere else will just give you the value of the gold 3) when Rosland do buy them back, it will be at a very low price - they tell you they will be sold at auction (not sure if that's even true), not bought back by Rosland, so you have absolutely no idea how much money you'll end up with, or when 4) when they do pay you, the money disappears into their apology vault, where SIX MONTHS LATER, multiple calls, and finally the threat of the BBB, they'll apologize, maybe, for the mix up and you'll suddenly get paid.

If you invest in gold bullion, you may stand a better chance, but even then, I assume the markup will be outrageous. Before you invest with this company, ask them exactly what you will pay for each coin, and exactly what you would get paid that day if you were to sell them back that coin. If they can't answer that, run. During the time my FIL had his 'investment', gold went up about 25%, but he ended up down over 20%. We're talking a loss of over $40,000 in eight months. The friendly salespeople turned antagonistic as soon as they had the sale, taking forever to return calls and then never giving straight answers. There is no option to get an email reply (they don't want a paper trail), and their T&Cs do not allow you to record the phone calls (but they can record you), that way you could never take them to court over their flimflam scam.

Please, please, please avoid this company. If you want to invest in gold, then do it through stock market funds that follow the price of gold, or if you really must have physical gold, then just buy bullion from a reputable dealer who will tell you upfront what it will cost to buy, and what they will buy it back for that day. But whatever you do, do not fall for the promise of rare coins that will supposedly be a great investment. They won't be.
