First mortgage team Charleigh,Charlotte and Carmina have really been helpful to us during our first house buying process from October 2025 during our initial mortgage application to our recent house purchase completion. They have been helpful in getting us the best mortgage rates for our circumstances and were helpful in helping reapply and lock to a lower rate when interest rates were reviewed down before our completion date.
The team have been nothing but amazing Charlotte and Carmina in particular have been great. Charlotte went above and beyond to help us with all our mortgage enquiries we would not have gotten the best mortgage rate without her I’m so grateful. I had a great experience and would 100% recommend first mortgage!

Outstanding service from Lesley & Alison. They kept us informed every step of the way and were incredibly knowledgeable.

We needed to remortgage after 2 years on a fixed deal. We'd had a change in situation with one of us going into self-employment and we're a bit worried about what our options were, and wary of being railroaded into some sort of outlandish deal, but Grant at FM reassured us and gave us all the info we needed to make the right choice. Time was also an issue as the mortgage market was in the midst of pulling deals due to the Middle East "Situation", but Grant acted swiftly and secured a deal for us that'll keep us going for the next two years. He also looked at multiple options for insurances and protections which had our budget and situation in mind. Nicola, the case manager, also kept us abreast of the progress of the application without us doing any chasing. Overall a seamless process from start to finish. and very happy we went with FM again when we did. (its our 3rd time using them to remortgage). Thank you Grant and Nicola!
