Received my vest, and LOVE it. only problem I had was the side pocket the stitching was coming loose. I spoke with Sam and instead of returning the vest I chose to have it fixed locally. They did refund me a few dollars to help with the cost of fixing it in town

I worked with Sean to to order a couple cuts, one of the custom, and one an exchange from canvas to a leather vest. He was very diligent to ensure my measurements were correct and that I was ordering the exact vest I want. customer service is absolutely A+, and will be a contineud customer. Ive just been through the process of building a one off custom vest with Emma Wlison, She was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained every aspect that i was unsure about She sourced materials i requested that were not available! Overall great customer service skills and am extremely happy with my experience!

Sam was awesome my vest was not in stock and it said 4 to 5 weeks out I reached out through email and asked about the status of my order and they said they was on it and then I got an email saying it was shipped. They was quick to respond and to do what they say. Will always buy from them.

I normally wear an XXL in jackets depending on manufacturer. The things I have to consider are my popeye forearms. I have 15 1/2in or 40cm biceps flexed which is normal but my forearms are 13 1/2in or 35cm. With the liner added the jacket is firm around the wrist and popeye forearms

I am 5'8" 205 lbs and have a 36 inch waist and 46 inch mid section with those measurements their size chart recommended a large to XL. The jacket fits more loose without the liner comfortably.

I had to return the jacket because one shoulder armor pocket was missing. The customer service team was outstanding during the whole process. I returned the jacket with their shipping label.

The customer service team called and emailed me with an updated status. The return process and reshipment of my new jacket took 8 days.

Received my vest from First Manufacturing. Great product! Super Nice leather and build quality. My wife liked mine so much we immediately turned around and ordered her a woman's version. Can't say enough about the quality..

My experience with FirstMfg has always been pleasurable in my past orders. Recently, I ordered a new vest and gloves. However, they kind of messed up on my glove orders. Thankfully, SAM, over at customer service was able to find me a replacement and get sent out to my ASAP in time for a weekend ride. Which in my book, is awesome!👌

Wow the vest I ordered was better than I could have imagined. Quality product and shippped quick. I will definitely be ordering again from here. Money well spent !

I ordered a Mystery box from First MFG as my first purchase from them. It took about a week for it to ship, but other than that everything was great. The quality of the jacket I received was very good and when I reached out to them, they communicated with me very quickly. They even went as far to call me before shipping it to verify my size (I stated I was a 41 chest but ordered a large jacket. They called to let me know a medium would fit better). Would absolutely buy from them again!

I have been a loyal customer of this company and brand for many years long befor if blew up in the way it is now I actually used their motorcycle jackets on the drag strip!!!! And yes they are durable comfortable and extremely tough .
Let's not gloss over long-term I still have my very first jacket I bought in 01 and it's still 20 years later amazing their products stand the test of time and after I found them again online I have bought numerous pieces from their collections leather jackets ,textile jackets,and much more I honestly can say you will not find another company that makes and sell quality products like this and truly stands behind them.

I recently received the Sharp Shooter Vest from First Manufacturing Co. as a gift, and I really am genuinely impressed with the quality. The leather feels solid, and it includes all the features a cruiser rider could want, such as concealed carry pockets, YKK (strong) zippers, an interior cell phone pocket, mesh lining, and more.

I'm very grateful to First Manufacturing Co. for this nice vest! (and a sincere thank-you to Zeeshan Tayyab for all the effort he put into making this happen!) I would highly recommend the Sharp Shooter Vest to anyone looking for a high-quality motorcycle vest that isn't gaudy or preppy. It fits well too.

Throughout the memorial weekend, I had a few vest on my cart along with other accessories, I went to pay on memorial day, and the price on one of the vests went from 140 to 175. I called customer service on Monday which was memorial day. I left a message I called on Tuesday and left a message and nobody ever called me back. I called today, Wednesday and spoke to the gentleman to ask for the phone and told him what was going on, and bottom line he told me that they will not honor the one 40,60% off that I would have to pay the 175. This was not my problem. This was a glitch in the system, and I shouldn’t have to pay for that issue. I took screenshots which has made a data of the date that I did it which was Monday. I guess I will not buy anything from companies like this that will not honor or will not admit that their system had an issue, I guess they have enough business that they don’t need my $500 business

This company does NOT do refunds. Their website appears to be carefully crafted to deceive, and their FAQ page evens describes the refund process and how long it takes. I received a pair of gloves that i immediately knew were unsuitable, and was told by their customer service that they do not offer refunds.

In sharing my experience with first MFG, I would like to note that I've read a ton of these reviews and realize the general consensus is not good on trustpilot or Yelp. I would also like to note that first MFG is not a BBB accredited business.
That being said, my experience was good. I ordered two vests and a jacket, these are not cheap made garments they are heavy duty Rider protection. I had a hard time, as I sometimes do, selecting a proper size to order. I ended up initially ordering a large in all three items. I then, within 48 hours, sent over an email requesting to change my size to extra large on all three, which their AI response system told me that they could do that. It was at that point I started to investigate first MFG on trustpilot and on Yelp and noticed a lot of bad reviews so my worry began to rise. I followed up by calling the customer service phone number to which I got a poor English speaking woman who was very vague and seemed fishy to me and that's just me being honest. She didn't ask for any further information besides the order number and proceeded to tell me that my "order was being prepared for shipment and the sizes would be XL." That happened to be exactly the information I was seeking but she didn't ask me what my call was about, she just told me, which seemed a little off (Perhaps they receive a lot of calls like mine). As soon as I got off the phone with her an email came with a UPS tracking number, which a couple of other people on here said they got a tracking number but never received their purchases. Well, in my case, two days later I received my product, I am pleased with it. Again the quality of the product is pretty dang good.
That is my experience with first MFG.
I would give them five stars, but seeing as I am a skeptic and others might be as well, it might be assumed that the five-star reviews are just made up reviews by scammers of some sort to try and lure people into buying. But honestly, I could almost believe that the bad reviews are made up by the company to stop people from over buying causing them to have backups on orders that get delayed by weeks. As silly as that is and probably isn't true, I could believe it, because my experience went pretty well with them. So I'm giving it a 3-star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ although it probably does deserve more, hoping that somebody reads this and it finds them well. This was my first purchase through first mfg, so order at your own discretion I probably will buy from them again.

Purchased one of their vests for $350! It didnt even last 5 rides and the stitching is completely coming apart in multiple places. They refuse to do anything because I purchased through Amazon. So they dont warranty anything then even though its still their product. So its like a car company not providing a warranty because you didnt buy your car at the factory. Beware Worst company I have even dealt with. Over priced garbage with zero customer service.
