We use First Charter for our high school sports team. Our bus driver, Pat, is awesome. The students love him! Always on time and very friendly. The customer service in Plymouth Meeting and their Account Specialists are easy to work with and are very responsive. During these last few difficult years of driver shortages, they have been keeping us informed of the situation and doing their best to work with us. We are very happy with this company!

We used First Student for our September wedding transportation and had a great experience! The shuttles were on time for pick ups and got everyone home safely. Guests commented on the friendliness of the drivers and their courtesy as well. We also had several changes to locations last minute that First Student graciously accommodated for us. Would recommend!

First Student provided transportation for our wedding guests from our hotel to the venue at a fraction of the cost of traditional transportation services. Our guests loved the school bus! The reservation representatives were friendly and responsive. The booking process was stress-free. The driver arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He even made a return trip to the venue at the end of the evening just to make sure there was no one left behind. Highly recommended.

We used this service for transportation to and from our son's wedding. The bus arrived 10 minutes early and the bus driver called me to check in. At the end of the evening, we requested two trips back to the hotel. One for those that wanted to leave early and again at the end of the event.

The bus company was very easy to deal with, including needing to reschedule our bus due to Covid. The bus arrived on time and the driver was friendly. The only thing I wish is that the company had contacted me regarding Covid protocols. I called the company the week of the event to make sure everything was still good to go and that’s the only reason I knew everyone would need to wear masks on the bus.
