🚨 EXTREMELY WARNING: AVOID THIS RACIST, SCAMMY, AND DISGUSTING COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! 🚨
This is hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They are outright racist, rude, and completely unprofessional thieves who should not be allowed to operate.
A so-called “technician” with the number +44 7425 301687 showed up to fix a piece of glass.He even had the nerve to call me a d*ckhead to the phone when I was talking to him. The abuse was disgusting and completely uncalled for.
They quoted and charged a ridiculous £95 call-out fee + £1,085 for the work, forcing me to pay a total of £1,180 — and they didn’t even complete the job properly. They failed to do what they promised, left everything half-finished, and ran off.
No receipt, no invoice, nothing. We had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic paperwork. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers.
This company is a complete scam run by rude workers who overcharge vulnerable customers and deliver terrible service. They treat people like garbage and then disappear.
DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. SPREAD THE WORD AND STAY FAR AWAY.
Save yourself the stress, the money, and the humiliation. There are plenty of decent companies out there — this is NOT one of them. Absolute trash.

I had a pleasent experience with this company, they came in short notice at 2 in the morning resolved the situation fast and also could catch some sleep. I also used them before as a recommendation of some of my friends . Looks they were right. I had 2 years ago a broken glass which they immediately change it in a day. This time was the main door, they came quick ,boarded, the next day came for measurements and the third day ,done brand new door.I usually don’t waste time writing reviews but this time I felt compelled to speak out.Thank you for the hard work guys.

Called these at 1am fast response for boarding , needed urgent sealed unit here now at 7am with new glass , wow thank you

Broke a pane of glass in my front door. Called at 1pm by 3pm they had been out installed a new pane of glass in my door and matched all from a photo I sent them.
Amazing service cannot recommend enough.

Anyone thinking or considering using them should be alert. They did emergency boarding without giving a quote or their charge before completing the work. Next day, demanded 5 times more than market price without any invoice. When asked, they were extremely abusive on the phone. Their email address is not working, no information about complaints process. Not sure if they are a proper company!

This company has paid for high google rankings - unclear pricing and very expensive - they initially quoted £840 to knock out a broken panel of a double glazed sliding door (the second panel remaining intact). This did not include securing with boards. this was then knocked down to around £540 'on the ground' with the people sent round. The initial call was to a referrals business. Yes a weekend call out won't be cheap but there is taking the mickey and providing a service. I'll let you decide how we felt about this. Avoid. go local. and definitely get pricing up front.
