Selling Crap Product & Playing Games
Took a full month to deliver a self-attaching “bath/shower shelf” promoted for its high weight-bearing capacity. It won’t even support its own empty weight without crashing into the tub floor.
Non-functioning links in emails to “Customer Support” and an online system that can’t find my Order with their Order Number and/or my email.
Finally track them down by email and get immediate run-around/delays/canned excuses.
These are NOT honest people.

Order an item nearly a month ago
Order an item nearly a month ago. Just did a tracking and found out. It is somewhere in Italy and hasn’t even been shipped. Horrible customer service total scam. Follow up: I finally received the product, but it was defective. The cheap plastic pieces that anchor it to the wall didn’t fit into the slots properly and broke. As a result, the item is useless since it falls off the wall. I will continue with this review if I get The matter resolved by the company. Otherwise, my one star remains.
