Same like everyone else,,,i ordered a wallet ,,they send me 2 different links for tracking,,1 says its coming from Italy, the new one i received says is coming from China,,no logical explanation;;its unbelievable..

I ordered a wallet online. Was over charged and 36 days later I still have not received. Email quite a few times. They answer but can’t resolve. Still no product. Company is a scam.

This company is a total scam. Ordered a wallet over a month ago. Never received it and they charged my card an extra $9.00 for taxes. I caught that and they refunded the overcharge. After 6 more e-mails about not receiving the wallet they blamed it on shipping. Said they re-ordered it and would send it out express mail. Still nothing. I requested a full refund and will see if that ever shows up. Total scam, please don't order from this company. Zero stars if I could but made me pick at least one star.

Sounds like a familiar theme with this company. I too ordered a wallet and was overcharged for it. I caught it right away and complained. They corrected the charge but I still have not received the wallet. It's been over 2 weeks. No tracking info and no credible explanation.

It’s a scam. I bought the wallet for $19.00. They charged my card $35 dollars. I ordered it 1/12/2026- I still haven’t received it!

I wish there was a negative 100 star rating...this company is a scumbag organization..bought product 2 weeks ago and all i have gottten is a runaround about delivery..2 weeks and the damn thing is still in the same overseaa
s country ..also charged me 7 dollars more than the final invoice price after completing checkout..i profusely recommend anyone from doin business with these certified dirtbags..fake shit probably too

This company is total fraud. Stay away. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this scamers.

This company scams people. Ordered a wallet had extra charges after I placed my order, tried to cancel within minutes, and was advised it was to late to cancel. Total scam!!
**UPDATE**
As of 1/14/26 I have not received my order. They are blaming the carrier, and they will not tell me the carrier name!!
**2nd UPDATE**
As of 2/19/26 I still have not received my wallet, this company will not even answer my emails now!!! Last update was in January, it had cleared customs in the U.S..

Ordered items a month ago. Never received them. Emailed them with no response 5 times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Also charged me $15.00 more than they said my invoice was.

Total scam. Buyers beware. Go elsewhere. I didn’t receive my purchase because the post office couldn’t deliver it because it had extra shipping fees. Unmarked package with a girls name written as a return address. I wasn’t sure what it was and was advised to decline package at post office. They said it was a scam. I can’t get my money back because the company is stated it was delivered but it wasn’t. I refused to pay extra postage/ delivery fees. What a joke. Do not waste your time with this very shady company.

I received counterfeit products. I sent proof and they offered to give me a small fraction of what I paid. I will be reporting the company to my credit card company to get my money back.

This product is represented by a plastic surgeon in the United States very well-known one in Los Angeles. You are glad to believe that this product is manufactured and ships in the United States. Your first shipping says Sweden. However, the actual shipping is China. No, where does it say it’s made in China or shipped from China. False advertising by TERRY DUBROW. Don’t buy this product he will never get it. It takes forever and there is no way to return it. I do not approve of anything made in China however, unbeknown to me. I ordered something from China. I have waited 2 months for my order and they will not refund my money. They say they will ship it again. That is just to get me to shut up for now. Im sure I will never receive either order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Bought this recently and overall Im satisfied. Price was reasonable considering quality and included extras. Good sound and reliable microphones made setup easy. Would prefer clearer instructions for first-time users. Nice design added a pleasant touch, customer service helpful when contacted. Would recommend improving packaging protection.

I bought 2 wreaths that looked beautiful in the advertisement .shown on two large doors….they arrived and the wreaths looked like they were meant for a doll house…lesson learned…never again…and it took 28 days to arrive

I ordered 2 of the caddies on 12/'26/24 from ad on Facebook and still have not received my order. After the package cleared customs (my goodness it was shipped from Italy_ the package is on its way to Bloomingtom , Indiana - great, I live in Florida. Smells like a scam to me. I ordered and paid for 2 and the emails from the company says 1. At worst a scam, at best a shady seedy business selling crap.

Waiting on their customer to respond and not holding my breath.

I ordered the bath caddy. The reviews of that item here say it doesn't suction to the wall at all. I ordered 12/15/24 and to this date have not received it. I emailed them to let them know, and all I get is a run around, saying it was delivered to my mailbox 1/11/25. I called my local post office and after checking two different tracking numbers the shipper provided, they had nothing in their system on either number. Today I asked for a refund on my purchase. So time will tell on that - I'm not holding my breath!
