We sincerely apologize for the delay with your order and for the lack of updates. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be.

After reviewing your order, we found that one pair of glasses has been completed and is ready to be shipped, while the other pair has experienced repeated lens breakage during the production process, which unfortunately caused the overall delay. We’re truly sorry this situation has affected your experience.

If you no longer wish to wait for both pairs to be ready, we can either ship the completed pair now and cancel the other pair for a partial refund, or cancel the full order for a full refund.
