Still not received goods even though site said in stock. Shocking service.

Bought a Geocast dark oak beam from Fireplaces 4 life. The delivery took a little longer than expected however I was kept informed at all times. It was delivered in a pallet, the carrier informed me they alwere coming at a particular day.
Communication with Fireplaces 4 Life was very prompt and helpful via email.
The product is of high quality to the point that confuses people when they realise it's not real wood.

Everything was excellent from beginning to end. Buying online was great. Spoke to a gentleman about delivery and he was so helpful and friendly. Delivery was within 3 days. The fire is fantastic, realistic wood burning stove electric fire. The heat it gives off is amazing and even when we don’t put the heat on and just have the pretend flames this fire still makes this enormous room warm and cosy . We are so happy with everything that we are definitely buying from this company again as we need another fire for our dining room.

Don't ask for a review when product still not delivered after 17 days. Chase call after 7 days to sales office very unhelpful. No confirmation email other than payment receipt.
Buy your products elsewhere I.e direct from the manufacturer not this fronting website

Hi All, first and foremost thank you for such a brilliant service. We had a delivery driver damage our fireplace and a replacement and collection of the damaged one was collected the same week. The sales team are very polite and helpful and provided advice where needed. If you need a fire place dont think just order. Thanks once again guys.

Delivery late, no updates given unless you contact them first totally dissatisfied

After a little miss communications, my fire was ordered on Monday and received as stated on the Friday so was really chuffed.

SUPRISED GOODS WERE DELIVERED WITHIN 3 DAYS DURING THIS LOCKDOWN --EXCELLENT SERVICE

I had to cancel the order as, you had none in stock, we have sinc e been refunded!!

Ordered Valor Gas Fire on 10th December.
Enquired on 17th Dec. Delivery promised for next week.
Next week came and went, so did the next and the next.
Phoned first week in January. Delivery was promised for 15th Jan.
Phone agian on 18th Jan to be told delivery would not be until February.
Felt I had no option but to cancel order.
Would prefer not to give one star but can't

I would recommend Fireplaces4life online ordering was very easy and even though there was the bank holidays between me ordering and delivery my fire came in the stipulated time of 3to 5days.

Good service considering these diffcult times

I placed an online order on there website for a gas fire which was advertised as in stock and would be between 3 to 7 days delivery time, The very next day I received an email from them advising me that the gas fire was out of stock and would be a month or so before it's back in stock.

I sent a reply email telling them that the gas fire was still being advertised as in stock, They said thanks...and it's still advertised as being in stock.

I cancelled my order the next day and asked for a full refund which I received with in 24hrs, So for the refund part itself they might be a good company but just needs to be honest with there stock availability

Pleased with the speed of the delivery.( 2days.from placing order.). Helpful staff made the whole process simple. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Thank you very much.

Have waited for a month for a fire that was in stock and could be dispatched within 1 to 3 days, which is the only reason I chose them.

Nothing but excuses from their staff when I contacted them

Definitely would not recommend them
