Shockingly realistic flames. I didn't get the plastic crystals with my order and the metal lips and set screw metal was bent and mangled. After a few minutes straightening the brackets, I put the glass on and turned it on. Great realistic fire!

I was very disappointed with my recent…
I was very disappointed with my recent purchase. The logs were not in good condition…. Much to my disappointment they were cracked and broken. Several pieces were broken into pieces and cannot be used in my unit. The quality is not of value for the amount of money I paid—- $297.00
It is my hope that the issue will be resolved with your customer service department. I thank you in advance for your help.

Wrong pit
They posted the wrong picture on the website before I ordered my fire pit and 1/2 way made up for it by giving me an “upgrade” to something similar to what I ordered but it still wasn’t exactly what I ordered. Haven’t received it yet, but so far that’s my experience. It isn’t terrible but kinda bummed I didn’t get what I ordered.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The error happened due to manufacturer shared us wrong product image. We offered free upgrade but we couldn’t find same exact piece from the manufacturer.
