Awesome fireplace and ease in ordering
Sales rep helped me place my order and after hours and gave me an additional discount on top of a good price, which excludes sales tax: don’t get that on Amazon, where I purchased my first fireplace, Highly recommend.

Quick and easy

The fireplace was shipped very fast
The fireplace was shipped very fast. The box was a little damaged and the contents seemed to be repackaged a bit, but after checking everything it I believe everything was still included. Haven’t set it up yet to test it’s function.

fast shipping and a great price
Just received our fireplace. It arrived very fast and was exactly as described. Very pleased with the quality. We are installing this as a recessed FP w/ a T.V. above it. Currently finishing the stone work to go around it. Looking forward to using it a lot this winter.

Best price for a necessary overpriced "option"
Overpriced heat dispenser shield by Solo, was on sale here, no shipping cost, no tax made the purchase bearable. Without it, the heat from the stove goes up into the air. You have to sit pretty close to it to enjoy the warmth without it. Shipped promptly.

Never Again!
Seriously regret buying from this company. Their biggest selling point on their website is that all their fireplaces are in stock and ready to ship. It sounded too good to be true so I called customer service to confirm because I needed a fireplace very urgently to finish up my project. I was reassured that once I place the order the fireplace will ship within 1-3 business days. I was excited and put my order in. Next day I got an email saying the item was delayed by a week, the week came, I got another email saying it was delayed by 10 days. 10 days came and they said oh it would be next Wednesday! So far I have lost 3 weeks and still no fireplace. I understand there are unexpected delays just don't false advertise and say you have everything in stock when you actually don't.
