In the unlikely event that you don't pass your exam first time, the Firebrand Certification Guarantee means you can train again for free if you don't pass. You can sit the same course as many times as required for 12 months, paying only for exam fees, accommodation and incidental costs.

TOGAF Foundation & Practioner

I had the pleasure of attending a TOGAF course led by Ahmed, and I can confidently say it was one of the most engaging and insightful learning experiences I’ve had. Ahmed brings a refreshingly positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching, which immediately sets a motivating tone for the sessions.

What truly stood out was Ahmed’s ability to bring the TOGAF framework to life. First for aprenticeships

We have worked with Firebrand for years, providing apprenticeships and great opportunities for those on them.
Perran has been instrumental in how we can run these. Providing great candidate support and clear guidance all the way through.
I would recommend anyone to take an apprenticeship with firebrand

Compact, but sufficient preparation to pass the exam

In the week from 06-05-25 to 09-05-25 I took the course TOGAF® Enterprise Architecture Combined 10th Edition given by the instructor Dr. Fayed.

The course was given in 4 days. Two days for Foundation, two days for Practitioner. Which covers the subjects at a fast, but manageable pace.

Foundation
The foundation part was really great. Theory mixed with Kahoots, quizzes and other energizers to get the material to sink in. Everything covered within the course was sufficient to pass the exam.

Practitioner
The practitioner part was almost really great. This part of the course is more practical. Cases were being covered in small groups, and afterwards discussed with the whole group. Although this concept is really great, it was a bit overdone, with too many cases following in short order. This meant you were only discussing cases and reading cases. I would have preferred some more variety in this part of the course (e.g. revisiting Foundation, mixing it with some theory, introducing other ways to discuss a case)

Practitioner is very abstract, but the course prepares you well for the exam. Not only with theory, but also with practical advice on how to approach the exam

Special thanks to Perran. What sets Firebrand apart was the mentoring and help received from Perran who helped and guided us from the start of the apprenticeship. Made the whole experience better and his positive attitude helped when things got stressful. Couldn't fault Perran on anything.

Highly recommend Perran James

Training with Firebrand was an amazing experience. They provided prompt assistance from start to finish allowing for me to pass my Level 4 apprenticeship. But what truly set them apart was my learning mentor Perran. He went above and beyond, helped me during difficult times and ensured that even due to extenuating circumstances I came out passing the apprenticeship and with the grade I hoped for. Would highly recommend Perran as a tutor and Firebrand as a whole.

Perran was outstanding throughout

I completed my apprenticeship last month and achieved a distinction. This result would not have been possible without the help of my mentor Perran. Throughout my apprenticeship, Perran’s support, knowledge, and patience were exceptional. He always took the time to assist with anything I needed, whether it be help with a project or a question about the EPA. Perran is a credit to the team and I could not have achieved the result I did, without his help.

Fayed is a great teacher. He explained all the TOGAF concepts very nicely. I really enjoyed my training as I learnt a lot. I also learnt how to apply them in practice.

Not happy

Do not listen to what this training company tells you about a guaranteed job interview. Its not true. I fell victim to this company after achieving my CISMP. Don't listen to the job offer thing. They'll coerce you into joining LinkedIn but the 'gauranteed' job offer doesn't exist and CISMP and SC-900 are not significant enough entry qualifications for even a junior post in cyber security.

I attended the CISSP course and found…

I attended the CISSP course and found that the class didn’t adequately prepare me for the exam. The exam was way more technical and the pass rate for the class was low. I contacted firebrand on Sunday about this and have not had a reply as yet. As such I couldn’t recommend the course as it costs a lot and the quality just isn’t there.

Perran Is Amazing !!!

Perran has been an exceptional support throughout my apprenticeship. He's consistently gone above and beyond to help me and my fellow apprentices with any issues we've encountered. Perran's genuine care for his students is evident in his approachable and non judgmental demeanor. He treats us as individuals, not just tick boxes on a checklist.
Whether it's a mental health concern or a study related question, Perran is always there to offer helpful advice and guidance. He also actively works to improve the company's processes to ensure we can successfully complete our apprenticeship. I've never felt like Perran was holding back or sugarcoating anything. He's always upfront and willing to help me work through any challenge, one-on-one. If you're fortunate enough to have Perran as your mentor, you're in excellent hands.

Perran was an amazing mentor

Perran was an amazing mentor who guided me and my apprenticeship colleagues every step of the way. Anytime i needed help he was always there to support me and answer any queries. Without Perran the apprenticeship would have been a lot harder.

They are worst and cheaters

They are worst and cheaters. I just wasted my 9000 euro . I was told guaranteed pass and unlimited Microsoft course later They don’t run all courses. They run only when they customers . Please don’t get trapped . I haven’t done any exam because I am unable to schedule it . I was misguided by their team Please stay away from them .

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Went on two training courses and nobody passed the exam on either course. Nothing was done to try and put this right by them, they had their money and ran.

Our primary goal is always to empower our delegates with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed, not just in the course, but in passing the exams and walking away with the certification you deserve.

Reaching out to my employer without permission to advertise, shameless advertising

Absolutely disgraceful marketing. I enquired about courses and made the huge mistake of including my employers name in the enquiry. Without my permission, or any kind of conversation with me at all, they reached out to my employer via email in an attempt to offer courses. Stating that I had enquired for certifications and can offer a discount if it is through the company.
The company I work for operates in a different sector of technology and just for the sake of advertising, Duncan decides to show them that I am interested in developing skills unrelated to my role.
How unprofessional and greedy can you get. You did that without even considering the implications to my employment.
