Fabulous from start to finish...

The whole experience was fantastic from the outset from staff welcome in the training centre on day 1 to the best Firebrand trainer ever throughout the week! The one team approach made the learning centre a fantastic place to absorb challenging, technical information at a fast pace. The trainer was the best trainer I have ever had who presented a range of course and independent, related course material will accompany me in my daily workplace duties. What a bargain! The fact that the training centre staff were always on hand to support the trainer and the trainees was great to see and experience. I really want to return for my next course asap

Well organized and full of content

Teacher was very patient and prepared. The online experience was positive. The material though is only digital and that can be limiting for studying.

Very practical and hands on

Very practical and hands on. If helpful I can’t tell because I didn’t have the exam yet.

Very long days. Each day about 10 hours.

CISMP .The course work was delivered…

The course work was delivered meticulously and it was very engaging for me.I passed my CISMP certification exam and got hands on experience for career growth.Kudos!

Broad overview, needed pointed guidance

The training provided a broad overview of the subject matter. There was simply too much content for a single day. We were given a false sense of security with the simplicity of the questions posed by the trainer. After completing the training, I intensively studied for 2 weeks. I'm not sure it was worth spending the money on a Trainer.

Training

I felt that the CEGIT training should have been over a longer period. I feel this should be spread over a week or 2. Long days and to tired to study/revise. I also felt pressured to take my exam at the end of the training. It all felt a bit to much.

Lovely surrounding and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall

Teacher was very authentic and personally driven by the topics. Interesting insights were shared throughout the schooling. Accomodation was also nice, good food and spa. Maybe the rooms could've been more tidy.

To much for 4 days to get your…

To much for 4 days to get your certificate. To intense not enough time to study. 8 hours training with 1 hour luch and than you should study min 4 hours

Firebrand Review

What made my experience great was the combination of Firebrand’s focused, intensive training approach and the supportive environment they provide. The residential format was especially helpful, as being in a distraction-free setting allowed me to fully engage with the course content and stay on track.

A key highlight for me was the support I received from my mentor, Perran James. He was incredibly helpful and understanding during a tough time I was going through personally. His guidance, patience, and encouragement made a difference and helped me stay motivated throughout the course.

Firebrand is doing a great job overall. If there's one area for improvement, it would be offering a bit more flexibility with course dates. That said, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would consider them again for future training.
