A very pleasant change - thanks Becky. Hopefully the emailed firmware update will resolve the issue ..... I could be back with more.
Got in touch to see how I change the source on my TV as I had misplaced my remote, and they sent me a new remote the next day... for free!

I have just been in touch with customer support about about a problem with my tv remote. I have always been more than happy with the tv and steered around the problem with the remote but circumstances meant I needed to get it sorted. I spoke to a lady named Kasey who couldn't have been more helpful. There were no if's or but's just straight in problem solved. Thanks again Kasey for your excellent customer care.
Just had a chat online with Becky from Finlux support. She was very helpful and took my details to ensure the firmware update is emailed as soon as possible. Many thanx Becky.
Bought this TV for our caravan a few months ago and absolutely love it. Well packaged, very lightweight and slim with an excellent picture. Wherever we are, we're able to pick up brilliant channels. Absolutely delighted. Unfortunately my husband lost the remote control, so after deciding to let him live a little longer, I contacted the company for their help. I chatted with Kasey, who was absolutely charming and extremely helpful and is providing me with a replacement. Couldn't ask for better customer service!
Needed to contact regarding a couple of items.
Contacted initially via the online chat to request a VAT invoice which was sorted.
Contacted again by online chat as we had not added a free small tv to our order. Spoke to Kasey who added to our order straight away.
After watching the tv for two hours it ceased to function. Customer services offered to collect for either repair or refund. I chose refund. I have been promised that the refund will be in my account three times now and it still has not arrived. First I was told it would be 5 days, then 1-3 days then 1-3 days and now 5 days. Totally unacceptable. At this stage could not recommend Finlux.

Very unexpectedly pleasing after sales.
Superb support staff, specially Lee who was really fast and helpful in my support case.
In online talk with Becky at Finlux on a Sunday, I was surprised that the site was operating at the weekend.
Although very helpful she was unable to deal with the query and gave me the number of Safeguard who presumably deal with warranties.
I am surprised that it has taken so long for Safeguard not to have issued the necessary papers from the time I bought the television online on the 25th June till now - 6 weeks.
I have a 4 year old Finlux. Lost the sound altogether. Thought the tv may have to be scrapped. Went onto live chat with Becky. She suggested a first time installation. Problem solved. Sound back on.
Excellent customer service. Brownie points for Becky.
Finlux chat support rep Becky was very helpful, well spoken (via typing, but you know what I mean!), prompt and courteous. Never a chore to deal with Finlux staff.

If there were more Companies like Finlux, life would be so much easier. They give prompt efficient service and Jacob in their Customer Service department was so very helpful. He listened to my problem and rectified it immediately. Well done Finlux I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.
Through no fault of their own, I had a number of dealings with the aftercare service here, and the staff, especially Jacob, went out of their way to be helpful, offering a very personal side to their service. i simply could not recommend them highly enough. The Finlux model I bought, the Finlux 22 inch TV/DVD Combi with built-in multi-region DVD player (22FCE274B-NC), has been marvellous. It is getting increasingly difficult to find Combi models any longer, particularly multi-region versions, and I can highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a smaller TV with these requirements.
