my TVs internet wasn't working properly, have organised a replacement, the lady I spoke to was really helpful, her name is Becky, (thankyou Becky for all your help) it's been logged with the customer care team and I'm awaiting a replacement, so hopefully that will sort out the problem. I had an enquiry regarding the sound on my Finlux TV. Often with a high technology product you have to trawl the internet or the FAQ section of the maker's website but Finlux have a very good messaging service that takes care of problems. I asked my question and Becky immediately replied and started working to answer my questions. I was impressed with her efficiency and friendliness and I'd recommend her and Finlux to anyone who was thinking of buying a television.
Becky was really nice and patient and extremely helpful, thank you for the help.

Sorry to hear of these issues however we are unable to take tel orders. This guy must have had extensive training. Ha ha their loss i will buy elsewhere.

I had ordered a 43 inch hd 4k tv on Tursday and paid for next day delivery. Due to some sort of issue the tv will not arrive until Monday. But speaking with the customer service of Kasey and Becky they have been most helpful and gracious and made the frustrations go away. Thank you both for your amazing help. Excellent customer service.
I purchased a 49" TV from Finlux unfortunately the stand legs were to wide for the ledge it had to go on, my fault not theirs. I emailed Finlux customer care and talked to a young lady called Kasey, she couldn't have been more helpful, she has arranged for the TV to be returned. Well done Finlux and Thank you Kasey, will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Excelent customer service. Had a problem with the remote control of the TV I purchased. Contacted Amazon where I bought it from and they want me to return the whole TV because of that. Tried to contact Finlux customer service and Becky from the CS sorted my problem. They are sending a replacement free of charge. Nice one Finlux
Had problems with hdmi inputs on tv, spoke to Becky who was very helpfull and gave me a few options to try. If you have problems or just require information do try live chat
I was on the Finlux "live chat" about a malfunctioning controller with "Becky" at 14.50 on 30/1/17. Without hesitation she arranged a free replacement remote to be sent to me. Fantastic service so I would have no hesitation in recommending Finlux based on this interaction.
