My order should have arrived for over a month now.. I received a “voucher”, that they promoted on their socials. i have both texted their instagram and mail, where they now 3 times have come up with different excuses and told the order will be shipped in a matter of days.

I have been very patient and written directly to them, giving them the benefit of the doubt, but now with over a months delay, 6 different excuses, and still no shipment, i am tired of their poor service and management.

Be very cautious when buying from them..

Honestly so surprised by how amazing the quality of the clothes are, everything they mention is true regarding the quality and luxury feel. I have several pieces from hoodies to sweaters and each one looks like I bought it completely new even though I have washed them several times. The product is definitely worth the price point- especially nowadays when EVERYTHING is polyester, even from other so called “luxury” brands. If you are thinking of buying it and are hesitating, don’t! You won’t regret it. I’d rather buy a good quality product once than buy cheap, poor quality clothes again and again.

Amazing quality of all the materials and clothing items. I visited the store to be able to see all of it and feel the material and i was instantly thrilled. I got to learn more about the backstory of the brand and the owner which makes it even more special and feels really good to buy from. The owner is really open about the production process and i could feel how much he cares about the quality of his products. This shows in all of the items i got to see. The staff is very helpful and patient. I felt comfortable to take time deciding what i want. Finally a brand that is not made by already rich people! It is young and approachable. I‘m so happy with my purchase!!

I really like the locoation of the store and the shop itself is really nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful with the search of fitting clothes and I could gossip with them as well.

Tut euch, euren Nerven und eurem Geldbeutel den Gefallen und macht einen Bogen um dieses „elegante“ Geschäft. Habe hier Kleider für ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gekauft. Anstelle der angegebenen 3–5 Tage Lieferzeit wurden es 2 Monate (anscheinend wegen einer nicht klaren Pre Order). Entsprechend unbrauchbar waren nun die Kleider bzw. das Geschenk. Noch Wochen vor der tatsächlichen Lieferung habe ich versucht, die ganze Sache persönlich, unkompliziert und zivilisiert zu klären, eine Antwort erhielt ich seit Wochen nicht – nur die nun für mich völlig nutzlosen Kleider (auch noch von enttäuschender Qualität für dieses Preissegment, bspw. Reissverschluss völlig ausgeleiert). So ein Mass an Kundenunfreundlichkeit und ehrlicherweise Ignoranz habe ich hier in der Schweiz jedenfalls noch nie erlebt.

First of all, the measurements they use in their product descriptions are random and inaccurate, the quality is appalling and extremely poor (and they dare to call it luxury!!). After ordering an item with the wrong size and terrible quality, I requested a return. They sent me a label, and I immediately returned the item, which they received two days later (early November). The tracking proves it, and it's clear! Since then, they have NEVER refunded me and are using every possible tactic to avoid paying me, even going so far as to invent a new return address in the United States. However, I requested a return through their platform, and I have proof that they sent me by email with their own label, which is based in Switzerland!! I don't usually leave reviews online, but please be aware that these reviews are extremely dishonest. Be very careful and think twice before making a purchase on this fraudulent website. I am available if anyone wants to contact me; I will provide all the evidence I have.

Déjà pour commencer, les mensurations qu'ils utilisent sur les descriptions des produits sont aléatoires et fausses, la qualité est pitoyable et de très mauvaise qualité (et ils osent utiliser le mot luxe!!) Après avoir commandé un article donc la taille est fausse et la qualité est piteuse, j'ai sollicité un retour et ils m'ont renvoyé une étiquette et j'ai tout de suite renvoyé l'article qu'ils ont reçu 2 jours après (soit début novembre) le tracking et le suivi le prouve et c'est net! et depuis, ils ne m'ont JAMAIS remboursé et ils utilisent tous les stratagèmes possibles et inimaginables pour ne pas me rembourser allant même jusqu'à inventer une nouvelle adresse de retour aux états unis, or, j'ai sollicité un retour sur leur plateforme et j'ai les preuves qu'ils m'ont envoyé par mail avec leur propre étiquette qui est basée en Suisse!!
Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des avis sur internet, mais sachez qu'ils sont extrêmement malhonnêtes et faites très attention et réfléchissez avant de faire un achat sur ce site frauduleux et je reste même à disposition si quelqu'un veut me contacter, je lui fournirais toutes les preuves que j'ai.

I love the atmosphere in the store as much as the clothes. They pay attention to every detail whether it’s about the clothes themselves or the customer contact. I can definitely recommend visiting!

Die Kleidung ist von sehr hoher Qualität und fühlt sich angenehm weich auf der Haut an. Auch das Team ist sehr freundlich und hat mich hervorragend beraten. Ich kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!
