If I could give zero stars I would they have been issuing a refund since December, after saying for 3 months my package had arrived, I asked for proof of delivery...... still waiting
I’ve now been waiting 5 months for a shed I purchased off Facebook stating it was been sold by cosco then after payment was taken I started receiving emails from a company called finehosa they started sending tracking information saying it had been delivered to my address and signed for obviously I didn’t receive it because it never got delivered in the first place then after contacting them they told me to check with neighbors and post office which I did and they haven’t received anything they are now sending me email’s offering me 30 % of my money back but I’m sorry I want every penny back off them I have now got free legal advice from my solicitor
Fell for the same golf club scam and all I got was standard glib responses to specific questions. They simply refused to provide any meaningful help in the hope that I would shut up and go away quietly. Avoid at your peril.
So I made the purchase beginning of August, was charged twice emailed them no reply wasn't till last week( end of September) they provided a tracking number was apparently delivered 3 days ago . No photo or proof of signature when I go through to the link for customer service , its all in Chinese so no good for me as I don't speak Chinese I've sent over 16 emails . Of which I got two replies nothing about my refund and was told its been delivered go look again .
This is shocking im so ****** off DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE USLESS AND THINK WITH THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS ON HERE.
FACBOOK SHOULD BE PART ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALLOWING THEM TO ADVERTISE OFF THERE PAGE .
If I had know it would be coming from China I wouldn't of purchased the item .
I wish I was rich enough to travel to the company and show them what I think of the service they provide,
Ordered a golf club. They ssaid it was delivered and signed for. I have security cameras and ring door bell camera. No delivery was made yet they say they have a signature. I have sked for replacement or total refund , lll they keep saying is please be patient and check with neighbours if they have it. How many times do I have to ask the neighbours. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
Company are a scam , say stuff is delivered and signed for but can't provide proof the courier company they use lies . Don't touch them.
