I am older and not easy to work with on-line however Mark Wilson was patient and walked me thur the steps in completing / booking my round trip flights. Kudos Mark !

My flight F9 1872 was delayed. I had to buy an Uber because my ride had to be at work

Mark Wilson was wonderful to work with. He was curtious, patient and helpful. I will use him the next time. I had a problem but not with him. I called to possibly cancel my ticket, thinking I found a cheaper one, by the way, I hadn't. The woman I spoke to got angry and started yelling at me. I told her to calm down and give me the info on my ticket. I told her I had made a mistake and to leave the reservation alone: Mark didn't have to call me, everything was good. She left the block on my ticket and I couldn't get it to pay for it. Mark made sure I had a new ticket and I'm sure he was stuck with the price difference. He never once complained or sounded frustrated by this. Please do something good for him. Garland McFarland Kentucky USA

Dealt w/ Mark Wilson. Very++ patient w/ me (my 1st flight in 25 yrs). Despite numerous hurdles, stayed w/ me on phone for long intervals, called back promptly when needed, & followed up the day after our 1st interaction. You need people like him.

They list a price and then when you book it, they say it's pending confirmation and the price is no longer available. Total cash grab, misleading and it never mentions that until you try to book it

I worked with Simon Hill. He was so patient with me and I was difficult to work with. But he stayed with me and got me what I wanted. I was difficult and demanding. He was patient, willing to stay with me explaining everything over and over through it all.
