Took all my info, took all my info around 4 months ago, Got an email 4 weeks in saying oh it’s gonna take longer, Heard nothing since, Disgrace way to treat people , No more contact or number or nothing, Shocking

Just to clarify, the FCA has put a “pause” on certain PCP claims involving Discretionary Commission Arrangements (DCAs) until 4 December 2025.
This pause means lenders cannot provide final decisions on these claims while the FCA reviews how DCAs may have affected consumers.
Please rest assured that we’ll keep you updated on any changes as the FCA’s investigation progresses.

Please rest assured that we will investigate each and every agreement that we have located in your name.
