I bought clothes from filhaal online website and the dress did not turn out how I expected. In the picture the dress had pearls on the dress and scarf and I love the dress so I bought it thinking what I see in the picture that's what I will receive and i wanted to give this company a chance. They have a disclaimer that beeds and tassels are not guaranteed. However, this is misleading.
There is it difference between not guaranteed and not going to have anything totally. When I paid £80 plus shipping I should receive what I see. Filhaal said to me that this how the dress come direct from Pakistan. And it's not our fault. Well I'm not paying pakistani price I'm paying UK prices so why should I not have high standards. There was a design on the trousers in the picture and the trousers that came to me where simple with a yellow stain. Filhaal said that they post videos on Instagram to show customers what the clothes will look like. And I tried to find my dress on Instagram. And it was not posted at the time. However, looking at other dresses, you can see that beads and tassels are on the clothes. After discussing my dress Filhaal posted a video showing what the dress looks like without beeds and tassels. I got my refund for my clothes I had to send a second email for shipping cost. I don't believe they should only refund the dress payment when the fault is there's. Don't bother with this company. I ordered my dress 2nd September and delivery was ment for 3rd to 5th September I received my dress 12th September and I had an event on the 15th September. Not woth the time or hassle

I have been an online only customer for a while now with Filhaal. I absolutely love the service.

Don't hesitate to place an order. I have found the garments are always beautiful in detail, top quality fabrics & amazing in colours. They are genuine branded garments. There is always something for everyone. I love the sizing too. And value for money.

I have had really good Customer Service when I have changed my mind about a suit & returned it. I got a full refund, no extra hassles, I posted it & I got the money in my account. Or if I wanted another suit, and it was later available, after I had done a big order, it was again no problem. Really really quick deliveries too, in a matter of a few days, or even next day and that matters as I have never opted to collect in person. I live out in the Midlands area.

The suits can be packed really beautifully, in nice tissue etc. so they have made really lovely, thoughtful gifts. And recipients have been so happy/very complimented upon wearing Filhaal clothing. And the sale make it even better value for money. Suits sell really quickly in popular sizing. And the range is being updated all the time. I love that. Zeb gives a really personalised service. And he goes above other Asian clothing stores, to ensure the happiness of his customers. I will definitely be shopping online with them again soon in sha Allah.

The clothes are exactly as pictured but i paid extra for my clothes to arrive for eid and it did, except they sent the wrong size. I tried emailing and calling, i even messaged on social media but i received no reply and no one picked up my call. Spoilt my eid.

This was my very first experience with Filhaal and I was very skeptical about it, since they don’t have enough reviews for me to believe in them. Normally if a company doesn’t have any review on trustpilot, I just simply don’t buy from them and they had 0 reviews here but since I needed that dress so badly, I just went ahead and paid through Klarna, just in case they don’t turn out good, I can bring Klarna in between.
Anyway I had placed my order on 31st August, and believe me that I received my order today, just the very next day with the standard delivery. The outfit was original, well packed and in great condition. They have definitely earned a customer here with the amazing quality and their delivery service. I am just hoping their return services are as good as other things. Because, this company has definitely become my go to place for eastern shopping from now onwards. I have already placed order for two more dresses. Great Job.
