Not happy with the service
Not happy with the service. First of all I received the wrong size and then still waiting because they were getting me connected to someone to get my package which was sent to wrong person. However, when I asked for proof because I did sent one before sending out they stopped replying back to me. Cannot refund either I m very disappointed with everything. False assurance to customers is completely unacceptable. I ordered M and they send me XL

I would give 5 stars, the material of the dress, fit and and design everything was amazing. They delivered in only one day.

Brilliant service from start to finish.
Easy replacement for an out of stock item and easy return for an item that was not suitable for our needs.
Suits are very reasonably priced and up to date in terms of latest designs and fashion trends.

The suit is actually nice
The suit is actually nice. Ordering and collecting straightforward. The only issue I have is that the kameez is a lot shorter than pictured on the model, which is quite disappointing. It was pictured as mid calf but is actually knee length so quite a difference. Pictures of the actual suit should be used and that way you know what you're getting.

Filhaal is a great place for Asian clothing
I’ve shopped from Filhaal many times, every single dress I’ve ordered has been amazing and I always get compliments when I wear them.
Customer service from Filhaal is also great, they communicate well if there’s a problem with an order and try to resolve any issues. Filhaal is always my first choice when shopping for Asian clothing.

Easy to order & safe. They have good variety of designers & most of all the products are ORIGINAL, which I find a lot of uk Pakistani brands are lacking! I don’t mind paying the price, but the details are important for me, so well done!
