Great product, Amazing customer Service! We placed a large order of baseball jerseys for my son’s team. We like them so much we ordered another large order. I made a mistake and missed a Jersey on the last order, and they let me honor the 15% on the jersey that I missed. This new order will include tee shirts and a sleeveless jersey. I can’t wait to see how they turn out. We are overall quite satisfied!
Note: I would say the adult jerseys run slight small compared to American sizes, if this is something you are wondering.

They are very good material, sewing & excellent customer service on a small error one time. Will definitely buy more in the future. I wear this while racing dirtbike constantly for the last year and it’s still in perfect condition and somehow is resisting stains too!

I ordered my A Golf shirt with my logo on the front Oct 5th Oct is over in 3 days received a shipping track number does nothing your company is a scammer I want my money back.

This company does not stand by its work. There have been issues with them repeatedly and each time, they ignore the problems until I write a bad review. So now, here I am again, writing a bad review but this time I will not remove the review nor will I do anymore business with this company. They do not deserve my business.
So back in July of 2023 I placed an order for 14 jerseys. Each jersey was for someone different so not all the jerseys were identical in the order. One such order was for a customer who wanted the Roman numeral 2 (II) on the back of his jersey. So Fiitg sent me a mock up of the jersey and it had capital i’s on the back but they didn’t have the horizontal parts on the top and bottom so it looked like 11. The customer didn’t approve it and asked to have the old style i’s so it would look like the Roman numeral 2 and not like 11. Fiitg sent a new mock-up with thr old style i’s as requested and that was approved. However, weeks later when the customer received their jersey it didn’t have the old style i’s it had the first version that was not approved. The customer contacted me right away as they were disappointed to have ordered one thing, been shown on a mock up of it and then receive something else, something they didn’t approve. The customer was very disappointed.
I reached out to my contact at Fiitg and they said they would remake the jersey properly and send it out. So last week, October, 2023 the customer reached out to me letting me know they still hadn’t received the replacement jersey. That’s 3 months from the original order. I reached out several times to my contact to get this taken care of and they have not responded to me at all. It’s as if they just went out of business.
Now, I have placed at least 3 orders after the July order until now and had no trouble reaching my contact. But, last week I received 3 jerseys I ordered for myself. Now understand that in EVERY order I place I demand there be a velcro closure between the 2nd and third buttons. This keeps the lettering in place and together from the left and right sides of the jersey. This has never been an issue in the over 2 years that I have been ordering jerseys from Fiitg but somehow, on my 3 jerseys, there is no Velcro as agreed. And yes, my contact at Fiitg has ghosted me. Apparently not willing to stand by their product and make things right.
So, it usually takes me writing a bad review before they contact me and agree to correct the errors and make the orders right. Then they beg me to remove the bad review. Well, this time I am done with them. I already have another supplier that can do what they have done but stand by their product if there ever are any errors. So I won’t be removing this review and I am also filing a complaint with the US Attorney General in the hopes of not allowing this company to sell in the US any longer.

They made my jerseys exactly how I wanted. I requested a specific design and they made it with no problem. If you like to make your own design with your team jerseys. This is the place.

I'm starting to think it was a pure scam 😂. Bought a personalized jacket more than 1 week ago and I asked already 2 times regarding the status and they dont reply. Maybe it's a ghost company and tjey will take your money and then bye bye.

Terrible company to work with. Ordered 3 jerseys for a soccer team with the plans on trying the sizes and then order a 20 more. When placing the order there was an extra charge for material fee. I contacted the support team and was told they were unsure why the charge was there and how to fix the charge. The rep proceeded to tell me that they don’t make very much on the jerseys so they wanted me to just take on the cost which added another $4. This should have been my first red flag. When I finally received my order from China, the quality was terrible. Seams were extra thick and we knew it would rub against the skin and cause irritation. Stitching was subpar and thread was sticking out. I knew these would not hold up and would be looking to replace badly deteriorating jerseys within a year. The pattern on the jersey looked like low resolution. Not to mention the material was very heavy feeling. I immediately contacted the representative and expressed my concerns. They informed me that they did not do returns because the jerseys were custom even though no names, numbers or logos were put on them. After a few days of back and forth I was told that returning the jerseys would be expensive to return and I should just keep them. After discussing the cost of the return, I agreed to cover the cost of the return. $40 was the high estimate of the shipping and the jerseys totaled $90 so $50 back was worth it to me. The they went silent and stopped responding. My opinion is they just bully you along the way to accept their terms.

Do yourself a favor and go with a true manufacturer and not a company that outsources. If you look up the jerseys, there are multiple companies that offer the same product. FIITG appears to be a middle man that operates off low margins and therefore cannot accommodate returns of the poor quality products.

We ended up going through epic sports and ordered Joma jerseys. Customer Service was fantastic and the jerseys were top quality.

Honestly, we had some confusion with the initial design, but Helen went above and beyond to make it right. We've reordered and will continue to reorder! The quality is nice, the price can't be beat, and Helen has been a super timely responder! We've gotten so many compliments on our jerseys that I asked Helen to send me cards to hand out. Definitely recommend and do your due diligence on measuring for sizes.

I ordered a jersey August 16, 2023 and the order didnt process until August 28, 2023. they sent me the tracking number that doesnt allow me to click the link so you actually cant track it and the contact number they give is a google number not an actual business number. I ordered a plain jersey nothing on it. Needed it for an event next week and still I have not received anything. For me ordering jsut a plain jersey this is ridiculous on how long it takes you to process and ship my order. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
