Item arrived damaged. Order confirmation includes a contact us with a no reply email - should have seen it coming. Finally a very rude “ceo” responds claiming that the item is just dripping in condensation, it can’t possible be a damaged item, that I’m a troll and he will be ending the conversation. He also went on to say that they didn’t have stock of what I ordered, so they sent something else. A simple damaged parcel has shown the true colours of the company, I’d recommend you avoid. I’d also add, the product stinks, it can’t be good for you!

To start, so easy to deal with and place an order!
Im currently pregnant, and I started to struggle with being nauseous in the later part of my pregnancy and really couldnt eat. So I wanted to look for ways to look after mine and my babys health. I found FiiHii really useful for keeping up with fibre and nutrients in my diet whilst I couldnt eat properly. The Frinks are really handy on the go and I loved that I would keep them in the freezer so I know I wouldn't waste any!!!! I'll be keeping up with these once the baby is here too, just to make sure I'm still looking after myself in those important post partum months.

First of all, the taste of the smoothies is absolutely refreshing and delicious. Secondly, there are no other additives to these smoothies, just the raw , fresh ingredients , nothing extra -which is a plus to me. A lot of products these days claim to be natural but full of preservatives . I personally prefer these smoothies to powdered ones which not only require me to prepare in advance but are also filled with preservatives which may be harmful to us. My 8 year old son loves and enjoys them too. The back of the packet has sparked a lot of conversation learning about vitamins and minerals and their importance to our health. He asks for them every day! I highly recommend them and will subscribe too!

Genuinely enjoyed all the flavours that I tried of these frinks! Its good to know you are getting goodness in your diet with minimal effort - as a working mum this is exactly what I need. I am currently pregnant and have been quite sick, these stayed down well and reassured me that I was getting the goodness I need for me and the baby!

The service was great the product even better, the fact that it's pure ingredients no addictives like many supermarket brought ones and such great flavours all freezable such a bonus, can't recommend enough a small price to pay for the families health.

I ordered the trial pack, and within 3 days my diverticulitis had improved ( which I have had for 20 years), it has plagued my life, having to be near a toilet every where I went, since i have been using Fii Hii I have not had any trouble with unexpected toilet rush, I have also been pretty regular. I have been on holiday and not had any, can’t wait to get home to start again. This has been a life changer for me,soooo happy thank you .

Really tasty, great selection of flavours. So many different supplements and options out there but this is based on science and clearly ran by someone who is passionate and wants to help educate people with their gut health.
