The whole shopping experience with Fields could not have been easier. We have been buying our washing machines and tumble dryers with them since we moved to Gerrards Cross, some 24 years ago. We have always found them competitive, super helpful and friendly and deliver quickly. They also take the old machines away and install the new ones for you. This time was no different than any other. 5* all the way as far as I'm concerned. I love my new Miele machines and they were installed without a problem. Thank you Fields.

So easy easy and quickly completed. Excellent advice and help followed by prompt and efficiency delivery. The gentlemen were professional, polite and efficient. Nothing too much trouble. All in place and working. Highly recommended.

A seamless process from ordering to installation. The gentleman delivering and installing was very professional,observing all the protocols currently in place. Everything now working 100%. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Excellent service - talked us through the dishwasher at the shop - then delivered and fitted. Two weeks later on a Saturday there was a problem with the power and we couldn't access the dishwasher ourselves. I called the shop and Clive came out (free of charge)later that day and fixed the machine - the socket at the back had failed. Thank you so much Fields brilliant service!

A very straightforward process. Our washing machine was installed efficiently and on time despite being in a very restricted space. Very happy with the service.

The gentleman who delivered and set up the machine worked efficiently and cleanly. They cleared the old machine away with no problems. I did not ask for help understanding the controls of the new machine, but when I investigated them later, I saw that they were completely different from the old machine. The Instruction Book was almost useless, so I am feeling my way to understand how the machine works. I could have used help, but accept that it was at least partly my fault.

Our elderly washing machine had broken down but despite the current difficulties the initial response was very helpful and an appointment was made to view the recommended options. After our purchase delivery and installation were quick and problem-free. An initial difficulty the day after installation was overcome when the company made a follow-up courtesy call before I had a chance to ring them about it.

We've been using Fields for 18 years for all our appliance purchases and the service has always been excellent. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery has always been prompt and installations have been expert.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

From time of speaking to Fields till the installation of our washing machine was 4 days and that included a weekend. The time slot given was adhered to and the engineer was quick in extracting the old machine and fitting the new. We then had a quick overview of how to operate the new machine.
