I have used Fields in Gerrards Cross on many occasions to supply appliances. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful, Amanda in particular. Circa 4 years ago I bought a Dishwasher and it developed a fault in December - I struggled to get the manufacturer to attend and Fields organized engineer visits and aided in getting a new dishwasher fitted under warranty. A friendly professional company that offers a wide range of home electrical products at competitive prices. In our case we needed to find a replacement integrated fridge freezer to fit into an existing kitchen cabinet. Our normal turn to large department store didn't inspire - they didn't have much of a range or inspire confidence that their offerings would fit the kitchen cabinet, or even that their installers would or could install them in the existing cabinet. Fields were the exact opposite. They immediately told us the measurement they would need to identify the products that would fit the kitchen cabinet - identified a range of products from different suppliers that would suite - and in short order delivered and installed our new fridge freezer. Highly recommended.

The gentleman (Clive) who installed the machine could not have been more efficient (even making a small adjustment which was much appreciated) / plus being very personable.

From the moment I walked into the shop I was welcomed and helped. I was impressed by the amount of appliances available to view and had all the pros and cons explained to me carefully. The speed at which the appliances were delivered and installed (next day) was amazing.
On delivery everything went smoothly and the old appliances were dismantled and removed cheerfully.

Wanted to stay local for a new tumble dryer going to Fields was a no brainer always had excellent service from them & so it was again.Bought on Friday delivered on Monday first thing no fuss no bother I will be going back thats for sure much rather give local companies the business rather than large one who to be honest dont care that much .

They already had a great reputation, so it was easy to pay them a visit. They made a recommendation, it was the perfect replacement for my previous microwave combination although not the same brand. The price included delivery, fitting and disposal of my old oven. Easy decision.

Our induction hob decided to pack up a few days before Xmas. Calamity! We were due to cater for the extended family for Xmas dinner. We visited Fields and met with Amanda who was brilliant. Full of sound professional advice and was able provide options to choose. Amanda was able to arrange for installation of a new hob before Xmas. The engineer fitted the new hob quickly and efficiently. Cleared up afterwards and took away the packaging and the defective hob. Outstanding service and for us now, the default ‘go to’ domestic appliance retailers for the future.

We required a new integrated fridge to fit our handmade Smallbone kitchen. We went to Fields as they have a good reputation in our area. A person from Fields actually came to check measure the opening before the order was placed. New fridge ordered, Fields then came a fitted it. Perfect job, friendly service, very happy to recommend Fields.

So I broke the door latch on our Bosch washing machine (6 months ago I broke the door handle). Fields were great!, came out in 2 days and did a quick fix, then came back after getting a new part, both times Pat arrived dead on time, did a great job, and was off to his next appointment. Thanks also to Amanda in their GX shop - she was great, receiving pics and a video of the problem, all sorted very smoothly. We've bought appliances from Fields and have repairs and installations done by them also - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks!
