Technical support help

I recently called fibrely for technical support. I was passed through to Mark, he walked me through everything I needed to do and also gave me advise on how to improve my device connections through out my home. Mark was fantastic and very helpful

Jane & Miles great assets

My experience with Fibrely as a home broadband provider was faultless—I never had any issues during my time with them. I eventually decided to cancel because a competitor was offering more for less, which made it an easy decision.

While the cancellation process itself wasn’t entirely smooth, the two agents I spoke with made a real difference. Jane and Miles are a true asset to Fibrely. They followed up on everything promptly and made the process much easier. Both were professional, kind, and treated me with the utmost respect.
