There was an issue with one of the items purchased but the customer service was spot on and the problem was resolved quickly. Super quality product and 5 star communication. Would recommend.

Great Quality and Service
Really responsive technical service to ensure I purchased the correct product.
Arrived the day after ordered, well packed robust product.
Bought 3off 5m lengths and installed the next day.
Unfortunately one length was faulty. Contacted customer service and a replacement was sent out the same day, no fuss no quibble!
Very rarely do i give 5 stars, however based on the quality of the product and the excellent customer service it is well deserved. Recommended!

I bought 5 connectable festoon lights in 2020. Brilliant service, arrived quickly. I've had a few issues with them since my purchase, with the whole set and a couple more, all replaced without question. I have only had email replies from Josh who has always been professional and quick to respond.

Super fast delivery for great piece of kit
Super fast delivery. A clearly well made and durable festoon harness. The bulbs we purchased took a little, but reassuring effort to insert into the harness, highlighting their waterproofness. I'm definitely contemplating more harnesses for other parts of the garden / patios.

I purchased a 16 lamp holder festoon…
I purchased a 16 lamp holder festoon for lighting a workshop. A perfect low cost low energy lighting solution used in conjunction with 9w warm white Led bulbs. Very simple to install - just hang it up and plug it in.

We are really sorry to hear that your Fairy Lights did not work for you. We understand how frustrating that must be!
We noticed on your order that you didnt order a starter cable and that may be why your ConnectGo Fairy Lights are not in working order. As per the listing they do require a power source.
If you contact us directly we would be more than happy to send you a free power source in order to get this working for you. Alternatively we can replace any pre-existing power source and/or lights if you purcahased those from elsewhere.
We have emailed you and hope to hear from you soon so that we can get this sorted.
