Communication wasn't the most clear on their part, and I wound up becoming very anxious about late fees, because I couldn't get clear answers. Otherwise, it's a good enough service. The reps, while not the clearest communicators, respond quickly.
I'd use them again.

They promise you a quick turn around with their approvals process but it really isn't. 5 days in and multiple emails and calls sent to them but no answer.

Once you do the first loan it is a …
Once you do the first loan it is a little less hectic, my first loan took about 10 days , but once paid off and I had to get another loan it was in my account the next day. No issues with anything, customer service was great , hard to get help if calling the phone number but the chat is great, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
