Francis has serviced our 1999 Elektra 3 times over the last 15 years. He’s knowledge of our machine is fantastic and comes back like a new machine.

Francis from Ferrari-Espresso was fantastically helpful and responsive when I contacted him wishing to buy an espresso machine. The machine underwent a professional check before shipping and arrived promptly on the day promised. Based on my experience I can highly recommend buying from Ferrari Espresso, their service has been outstanding and it’s clear they care deeply about providing first rate customer service!
