I wish I could score this higher. The customer service from Emma at Fenella Smith is some of the best I have received. She went above and beyond to help with my query and I was more than surprised and impressed with the prompt support and service I received. I won’t be using any other brand of case after this as the aftercare is outstanding. Lovely approachable team that handled my query as though it was their most important task they had. Assistance Outside the Box
I had a complicated reason for returning an item beyond the return deadline. The customer service duo who handled my query (Emma and Oscar) were extremely proactive and very helpful, allowing me to return the item, regardless. The personalised aspect of their interaction with me was an added bonus to their professionalism...

Poor quality
Bought a hand bag via a major retailer that I received last week and only started using yesterday to my surprise today the strap of the handle is broken after 1 1/2 days of use. How is this possible. The product is not of the greatest quality. Bought this to use long term but this is not the case. I am disappointed with this bag and the quality.I am not impressed.

Very disappointed in the Luca Laptop…
Very disappointed in the Luca Laptop Bag. Bought in December 2023, used less than weekly to go to office. Strap holding D ring for shoulder strap snapped.
Contacted shop and told I had put something too heavy in the bag, erm, my laptop!!
Expensive poor quality product that looks great but does not last and worse customer service

Poor bag quality, no customer service contact
Bag started falling apart within a few months of purchase. Have sent the company several emails with no responses (don't even receive an acknowledgement of my email sent). Unfortunately, cannot recommend purchasing with them.

Pretty poor quality product
Pretty poor quality product,customer service doesn't exist.
The colour of the purse started coming off after the purse was left in my handbag just for 2h.
I sent several messages on their IG,they remove negative comments, not responding to messages, neither.
Pity I can't attach any pictures here.
