Outstanding Customer Service

I ordered the Halo Anklet but it just didn't fit right. I love the look and style, but it was a little too big and got stuck below my ankle bones. I contacted Customer Service and they immediately responded with exchange options. They helped me decide on an appropriate style and the exchange process in under way. I couldn't be happier with the personal attention and the satisfactory resolution!

Well I had issue with the size I just…

Well I had issue with the size I just emailed them and they already processed the change . Hopefully new one fits me. And it does look pretty. But once I wear my size I will know more.

Halo anklet from feetz.

Customer service contacted me quickly about my exchange. I love the halo anklet. Lovely piece of jewelry but I ordered the wrong size. They have made the exchange quick and easy.
