I haven't been able to use it yet when my package came in the knob was missing and haven't been able to use it but they are sending me the knob and should be here sometime next week

Great rack, great customer service. One part was damaged in shipping but they quickly sent new part.

The customer service was exemplary. Their willingness to help and the daily updates that were supplied let you know that your issue had not been forgotten. I would not hesitate doing business again with the company knowing that if any issues arise they will not delay in assisting.

We ran into an issue where one of the parts was bent. We reached out to customer service and they responded within a reasonable amount of time and are sending out the replacement part.

I bought a bike from FED Fitness. The instructions made it very easy to assemble, and the bike looks great. There was a part that was damaged, so I emailed them to see if they would help. Louise helped me get a replacement with no problems.

I had recently purchased a BCAN mini trampoline and a couple of parts were missing. I emailed customer service to have these parts sent to me. Lavender in the customer service department reached out to me immediately for more info. We emailed back-and-forth several times before correctly identifying the parts that were missing. I am now just waiting for the parts to arrive in the mail. Lavender was very patient, thorough and provided excellent customer service! I am Very happy with the experience.

Love our BCAN rebounder trampolines. We bought the BCAN BT2 48" first and loved it so much wanted a second one so my husband and I could workout together. The BCAN BT4 came out, so we decided to get it. We could not be happier with our purchases and the EXCELLENT customer service. We received our items in a timely manner, they were well packaged and easy to put together. I had a few questions and the response time from emailing customer service was FAST and helpful. We have been rebounding since receiving our first one on April 1st and we can see and feel the difference already! What a fun way to workout and even more fun to workout together. We both highly recommend rebounding and the Fed Fitness BCAN rebounders.

The Customer service of this company is amazing. When ordering things online sometimes things dont go exactly as planned. But I am happy to get a replacement unit and give your brand a second chance. Delivery was fast i think it took only about 48 hours.

The equipment is well made and is great value for the price. Customer service is also very responsive. My review would have been 5 stars had I not needed to follow up on the status of my order after almost a week, and had the shipment not only been initiated after my follow up.

We had a messd up left pedal on our exercise when we started putting it together we received it on a Saturday our new part was shipped Monday morning. This company has definitely impressed me with their attention to make sure we are taken care of!

I'm 70 years old and I love this product. It functions exactly how it was described, and it works.

Besides there being 15 different resistance settings, the handles also extend to lower the resistance for each of the 15 settings. This feature allows you to move to a higher resistance setting, and then lower the resistance for the new setting.

Example:
- Move the resistance setting from 6 to 7.
- You can then expand the handles to lower the resistance to a setting lower than resistance setting 7 (i.e. 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, etc).
- This allows for a more linear progression from setting 6 to setting 7.
